Welcome everyone to tonight’s edition of Monday Night Raw. Tonight’s show begins with the arrival of the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan. Brie Bella is in the ring leading the WWE Universe in Yes chants. Before Daniel can talk, Stephanie Mcmahon makes her way to the ring. Stephanie grabs a mic.
Stephanie says she couldn’t resist the moment to come out here and congratulate them on their marriage. She says at Wrestlemania he became the champion, and then married the love of his wife in the same week. Stephanie says the wedding was breathtaking. Stephanie says she wanted to get them a wedding present. She says at Extreme Rules he will be defending the championship against Kane. She says that Kane in demon form is unstoppable. Stephanie says that he needs to get his pretty little wife out of harm’s way. The music of Kane starts up. Stephanie tells Kane “not now” before he comes out. Bryan backs Brie to the announce table, but Kane shows up and grabs Bryan. Bryan tries to fight back but Kane lands a big uppercut. Kane stalks Brie and Bryan attacks him from behind. Kane lifts Bryan up and tosses him down. Bryan tries to attack Bryan by jumping off the apron, but Kane catches him and slams him into the barricade. Kane picks Bryan up and hits a tombstone on the outside. Stephanie tells Kane that he’s done enough. Kane grabs the steel steps and sets them by the announce table. Kane drags Bryan over to the steel steps and hits a tombstone to Bryan on the steps. Stephanie calls for the EMT’s to assist Bryan. Kane leaves the ringside area as the EMT’s tend to Daniel Bryan and put him on a stretcher. Kane comes back over and pushes Bryan off of the stretcher. Kane starts taking the announce table apart. Kane is destroying the ringside area. Kane picks Daniel Bryan up and tosses him on the announce table. Kane climbs on the table. Kane picks Bryan up and hits another tombstone to Bryan, this time on top of the announce table. Stephanie calls Kane a bastard. Kane leaves the ring side area again as the EMT’s assist Bryan on the announce table.
-Commercial Break-
Back on Raw, the EMT’s are still tending to Daniel Bryan. They have Bryan strapped to a stretcher. Brie is walking next to him and Stephanie is still in the ring, holding both titles. We then see what just transpired between Kane and Daniel Bryan. Stephanie tells the crowed to give Daniel Bryan a round of applause in a very sarcastic manner.
We go back to the announcers and they talk about the intercontinental #1 contender’s tournament. Our first match will be right now. Bad News Barrett makes his way to the ring. He grabs a mic and says he has some bad news. He says it isn’t as bad as Daniel Bryan’s news, but it’s still bad. He says the luck of the Irish is running out. It isn’t St. Patrick’s Day, but it is the day Sheamus loses to him. Sheamus now makes his way to the ring. This is the first of 2 semi-final matchups tonight.
Bad News Barrett vs. Sheamus
Barrett starts off with a kick and some body blows in the corner. Sheamus fights back with kicks and clubs himself. Barrett gets tossed in the corner and Sheamus chokes him on the top rope. Sheamus lands a forearm and Barrett gets whipped into the corner. Sheamus picks Barrett up and hits the rolling senton. Sheamus goes up top but Barrett catches him. Barrett gives chase and goes for a superplex, but Sheamus fights him off with a headbutt. Shemaus hits a boot to the face of Barrett and Barrett falls to the outside. Sheamus comes off the top with a cross body. Sheamus tosses Barrett into the ring. Sheamus goes for his clubs, but Barrett fights off with back elbows. Barrett hits a big boot to the face of Sheamus and Sheamus falls to the outside as we go to commercial.
-Commercial Break-
Back on Raw, Sheamus is in control of Sheamus. Sheamus fights back with right hands and hits a tilt a whirl slam. Sheamus hits the ropes and lands a big high knee. Sheamus gets Barrett in the ropes and hits his 10 clubbing blows. Sheamus goes up top and hits the battering ram. Sheamus covers and gets a 2 count. Sheamus charges and eats a back elbow. Sheamus catches Barrett and hits the irish curse for another 2 count. Sheamus picks up Barrett on his shoulders, but Barrett fights out. Barrett picks up Sheamus, but Sheamus fights out. Sheamus goes for the brogue kick, but Barrett ducks and hits The Winds of Change for a very close 2 count. Barrett pulls the arm pad up and calls for the bullhammer. Barrett charges and misses him. Barrett goes up top and Sheamus catches him. Sheamus hits the white noise and covers for another close 2 count. Sheamus and Barrett trade right hands. Sheamus gains the advantage and both men go tumbling over the top to the floor. Both men are now back in the ring. Barrett slides to the outside. Barrett kicks Sheamus away and hits the bullhammer as Sheamus puts his head through the ropes. Barrett covers Sheamus and gets the 3 count.

Back on Raw, we go to the announcers and they show us what happened a few years ago when Hugh Jackman was on Raw. He will be back next week as the guest host of Raw.
Back in the arena, The Wyatt Family is on the stage. Bray says he remembers the first time he was struck with truth. He said it was so intense, but he liked it. He said it was something real. Free will has becomes man’s biggest illusion. He says we are a nation of sheep, runned by wolves. He says tonight would be a perfect night for change. Bray says that tonight, they have left the power in the hands of the WWE Universe. He says that we make a choice, and what fate will we chose for John Cena. The path of less pain, or the path where John Cena finally learns the truth. He says the truth is that they stand against him. Bray says that at Extreme Rules, 2 monsters will enter. He says it doesn’t matter what monster is the strongest tonight, 1 thing will remain the same. The WWE Universe doesn’t love him anymore. Bray says that every time they cross paths, he takes more followers with him. He tells Cena to listen as it happens. He leads the crowd in singing “he’s got the whole world in his hands.” Bray says to feel with him.

Back on Raw, Los Matadores are in the ring. They will be in 6 man tag team action against 3MB and Hornswoggle.
Los Matadores vs. 3MB and Hornswoggle
Hornswoggle and El Torito start the match off. Hornswoggle and Torito slap each other over and over again and start landing right hands. El Torito hits a head scissor. Torito springboards off the middle rope and hits a cross body. Torito then hits a bronco buster in the corner. Torito hits a moonsault and covers, but Mahal breaks up the count. Mcyntire now tags in the match. He cuts off Torito from making a tag. Mcyntire goes or a big boot, but Torito ducks him. Mcyntire picks up Torito, but Torito goes low on him with a boot. Los Matadores get in the ring and they hit a triple team slam. Torito pins Mcyntire and gets the 3 count.
Winners by Pinfall – Los Matadores
We go to the back where a limo is pulling up. Evolution gets out of the limo and make their way into the arena as we go to commercial.
-Commercial Break-
Back on Raw, we are joined by Triple H, Randy Orton, and Batista, Evolution. They make their way to the ring. Triple H starts by saying he laughs every time he thinks about it. He says he told everyone week in and week out that The Shield was the best, but then daddy came out and gave them a spanking. Randy says that 1 act by The Shield started the reformation of the strongest group ever, Evolution. Randy says that unless we have forgotten… we then see a video hyping the history of Evolution.
Back in the arena, Batista asks the WWE Universe if it is getting clear yet. He says there have been 31 world titles between the 3 of them. He says The Shield have no idea what they have gotten themselves into, and to deal with that. The music of The Shield starts up and they make their way to the ring. As they get in the ring, Evolution bails out of the ring and makes their way up the ramp. Ambrose says that last week wasn’t the first and last time they have been beaten up. He tells them well done for what they did. Ambrose asks Triple H if they look humbled to him. He says there is a reason why he hired them to protect him and Orton. He knows that The Shield are the meanest and most ruthless animal in this industry. Rollins says that they have every right to be angry after last week. Rollins says that he has every idea what they are getting themselves into. He says that Evolution talks about how they were built for dominance, but they weren’t. He says at Extreme Rules, it will be an all out war. He says that when it comes down to it, Evolution will be looking out for themselves. He tells Triple H that he is going to do what’s best for the boss, not for Evolution. He says that The Shield is the most dominate force in the history of the WWE, and they will rip them to pieces at Extreme Rules. He says that they have nobody but themselves to blame. Reigns says that in a few moments, they are gonna drop their mics and go up the ramp and do something about it. He says they can be men and fight, or they can be cream puffs and run and hide. He says to watch. The Shield get out of the ring and head up the ramp, but the locker room empties and stands behind Evolution. Triple H says there is a third option. He says in life, either you adapt or you parish. That, is evolution.
We then go to the announcers who show us what happened to open the show between Daniel Bryan and Kane. The announcers tells us that Bryan is at the hospital getting tests right now, and that’s all the news they have for us at the moment.
-Commercial Break-
Back on Raw, Rybaxel has joined the announcers at the announce table. The WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos make their way to the ring. They will be in tag team action against Cody Rhodes and Goldust.
The Usos vs. Cody Rhodes and Goldust
Jey Uso and Goldust start this match off. Both men lock up to start. Goldust hits the ropes and nails an atomic drop followed by some arm drags. Jey comes back with an arm drag of his own. Goldust and Jey shove each other. Goldust lands a straight right hand, and Jey comes back with one. Goldust hits a clothesline and tags in Cody. Cody hits a springboard drop kick and covers for a 2 count. Cody locks in a wrist lock. Jey fights back to his feet and tags in Jimmy. Jimmy hangs Cody up on the top rope and covers for a 2 count. Jimmy locks in a rear chin lock. Cody fights back to his feet and hits an uppercut. Goldust now tags in. Jimmy hits an armdrag and tags in Jey. Goldust takes Jey down and slams his arm on the ground. Goldust hits the ropes and hits his drop down uppercut. Cody tags in and rolls Jey up, but Jey tags in Jimmy. Cody goes for Cross Rhodes on Jey, but Jimmy hits a superkick to Cody for the 3 count.
Winners by Pinfall – The Usos
After the match, Goldust tries to help up Cody, but Cody shoves him away and leaves the ring. Goldust goes after him. Back in the ring, Rybaxel attacks The Usos from behind. Axel hits a big knee to the face of Jimmy Uso. Ryback now grabs Jimmy and hits the shell shock. Rybaxel leaves the ring while Jey checks on Jimmy in the ring.

Back on Raw, Fandango and Layla are in the ring. Layla will be going one on one with Emma.
Layla vs. Emma
Layla starts the match off by attacking Emma from behind. She rubs Emma’s face into the mat. Layla covers and gets a 2 count. Layla now chokes Emma on the middle rope. Layla hits a snapmare and locks in a surfboard stretch. Emma fights to her feet and lands a knee to get separation. Emma tries a drop kick but Layla holds on to the ropes. Emma hits the ropes and hits a big clothesline. Emma now pulls out a pink Cobra out of her boot and hits the Cobra on Layla. She covers and gets the 3 count.

Back on Raw, we go to the back where Renee Young is with John Cena. Renee asks John how he feels about his match tonight. John says his fate relies on the WWE Universe, because they get to vote how many members of The Wyatt Family he has to fight tonight. He says if he has to fight them all, he will. Very loud “let’s go Cena” “Cena Sucks” chants. He says everywhere he goes, he hears Bray Wyatt’s song. He says Bray might have the whole world in his hands. Cena says if he has to fight all members of the Wyatt Family tonight, his back will be against the wall. He says he has to survive tonight, but at Extreme Rules, it will be just him and Bray in a steel cage.
Back in the arena, we are joined by Cesaro and Paul Heyman. Paul Heyman introduces himself to the WWE Universe. Heyman says that he is also the advocate of the beast incarnate, and the beast who conquered the streak at Wrestlemania, Brock Lesnar. Heyman is cut off by a commercial break.
-Commercial Break-
Back on Raw, Heyman is still talking about Brock Lesnar ending the streak at Wrestlemania. He says it over and over again to the WWE Universe. He goes to say it again, but he is interrupted by the music of Rob Van Dam. He makes his way to the ring for this 2nd semi-final matchup.
Cesaro vs. Rob Van Dam
Van Dam goes behind to start this match. Cesaro hits the ropes and hits a shoulder block for a 1 count. Cesaro hits the ropes again, but stops himself. He goes for a suplex, but Van Dam gets away. Cesaro grabs Van Dam and hits a back breaker for a 2 count. Van Dam goes over Cesaro in the corner and hits the van daminator. Van Dam charges and hits a monkey flip to Cesaro. Cesaro comes back with an uppercut. Cesaro connects with a suplex and covers for a 2 count. Van Dam hits a spinning heel kick and lays in some shoulders to Cesaro in the corner. Van Dam charges in and hits the ring post. Cesaro hits a drop kick to the back of Van Dam and he falls to the floor as we go to commercial.

Back on Raw, Cesaro is in control of Van Dam. Van Dam fights back with shots to the mid section. He goes for a sunset flip, but Cesaro lands a double stomp to his chest. Cesaro picks Van Dam off the mat and slams him down. Cesaro covers and gets a 2 count. Cesaro hits a forearm to the face of Van Dam and stands on his head. Cesaro lands a big uppercut and drives his foot into the face of Van Dam in the corner. Cesaro hits a springboard elbow and covers for a 2 count. Cesaro locks in a rear chin lock. Van Dam fights back to his feet, but Cesaro catches him with some knees to the gut. Van Dam comes back with a kick to the head. Van Dam lands some big right hands to Cesaro. He hits the ropes and lays in a clothesline followed by a back kick. Van Dam hits the ropes and connects with Rolling Thunder. Van Dam covers and gets a 2 count. Van Dam gets whipped into the corner, but he catches Cesaro with an elbow. Van Dam comes off the top ropes with a van daminator. Van Dam goes up top, but Cesaro catches him with a huge uppercut. Van Dam catches Cesaro with a kick to the head and hits the split leg moonsault for a close 2 count. Van Dam goes for a spinning heel kick in the corner, but Cesaro moves and hits another big uppercut. He covers and gets a 2 count. Van Dam and Cesaro now trade blows. Van Dam rolls Cesaro up for a 2 count. Cesaro counters a kick and hits a double underhook powerpomb for another close 2 count. Cesaro takes Van Dam down and goes for the swing, but the music of Jack Swagger starts up. Swagger stands at the top of the ramp. Van Dam catches Cesaro with a kick to the face as Swagger makes his way to the ring. Van Dam tries to attack Cesaro with a cross body off the top, but Cesaro hits him with an uppercut. Cesaro rolls Van Dam in the ring and Swagger pushes Cesaro into the ring post behind the ref’s back. The ref gets to the 10 count before Cesaro can get back in the ring.
Winner by Countout – Rob Van Dam
After the match, Swagger attacks Cesaro in the ring. Cesaro dumps Swagger over the top to the floor, and now Cesaro and Zeb Coulter are the only 2 left in the ring. Zeb tries to leave the ring and Cesaro cuts him off. Cesaro takes Zeb down and goes for the swing, but Swagger stops him. Cesaro takes Swagger down and he starts the big swing. He swings him 12 times and pushes him out of the ring.

Back on Raw, we join Renee Young who is with Rob Van Dam. Renee is cut off by Paul Heyman and Cesaro. Cesaro says that Van Dam should thank Swagger, because RVD can’t beat Cesaro on his own. Heyman says that the RVD that he knows wouldn’t take a victory like that. RVD says that his conscious is clear, unlike Heyman’s. RVD tells Cesaro to keep his wallet, house, and career away from Heyman if he plans to make it.
Back in the arena, Aksana makes her way to the ring. She will be going one on one with the WWE Diva’s Champion, Paige.
Aksana vs. Paige
Paige starts off with a quick kick to the gut, and then she slings Aksana across the ring by her hair. Paige locks in a headlock and hits a sunset flip for a 2 count. Paige connects with some big knees to the face of Aksana. Aksana comes back with a shoulder tackle and puts Paige on the top rope. Aksana hits a hip toss of the top rope. Aksana connects with a snap suplex and follows that with big kicks to the ribs. Aksana now chokes Paige on the middle rope. Aksana slaps Paige in the face. Aksana covers and only gets a 1 count. She now locks in a rear chin lock. Aksana drives multiple elbows to the shoulder of Paige and locks in the chin lock again. Paige fights back to her feet but eats a back elbow by Aksana. Aksana taunts Paige and hits a sidewalk slam. Paige slips out of a hold and pins Aksana for a 1 count. Paige hits a few short arm clohteslines, but Aksana comes back with a spinebuster. Aksana covers and gets a 2 count. Paige gets whipped into the corner, but Paige locks comes back and locks in a front face lock. Paige hits a big knee to the face and locks in the modified scorpion cross lock for the victory.

Back on Raw, we are joined by “The Ravishing Russian” Lana. She speaks in Russian and then introduces “The Bulgarian Brute” Alexander Rusev. Rusev will be going one on one with Sin Cara.
Alexander Rusev vs. Sin Cara
Rusev starts off by pushing Sin Cara, but Sin Cara fights back with kicks. Sin Cara springboards but Rusev catches him and knees him repeatedly in the back. Rusev slams Sin Cara to the mat. Rusev tosses Sin Cara into the corner and lands hard knees to the gut. Rusev connects with a club to the chest. Rusev drives his foot into the face of Sin Cara and pulls on his arm. Rusev charges in and Sin Cara gets a boot up. Sin Cara tries to roll Rusev up, but Rusev powers up. Sin Cara goes to the apron and connects with a kick to the head. Sin Cara comes off the top and hits a missile drop kick. Rusev gets back to his feet and hits a modified suplex to Sin Cara. Rusev picks Sin Cara up and slams him to the mat. He locks in The Accolade and Sin Cara taps out.

Back on Raw, we are joined by John Cena. He makes his way to the ring. Jerry Lawler tells us the results of the fan poll that’s been going on all night. John Cena will be going against the entire Wyatt Family.

Back on Raw, John Cena is in the ring. The Wyatt Family make their way to the ring for this handicap match.
John Cena vs. The Wyatt Family
All 3 Wyatts get in the ring and attack Cena at the same time. The ref gets The Wyatts off of Cena so Cena can get to his feet to start this match. Harper starts the match on the offensive with big right hands. Harper hits a big elbow to the back of the head and drives his forearm to the face of Cena. Rowan tags in and hits a big scoop slam. Rowan tosses Cena head first into the top turnbuckle. Cena starts fighting back, but Rowan catches him and hits a fall away slam right into the Wyatt’s corner. Bray Wyatt now tags in. Bray starts dancing with Cena as he is knocked out. Bray lands a big right hand and Cena is down again. Harper now tags back in. Harper gets whipped into the corner and hits with a splash, but Harper shoots out and hits a big clothesline. Harper lands a big uppercut to Cena. Cena goes behind Harper and hits a german suplex. Rowan now tags in and is all over Cena with stomps. Rowan hits a pump handle back breaker and covers for a 2 count. Bray now tags back in. Bray hits the ropes and goes to kick Cena in the head, but stops and tags in Harper. Cena lands right hands to Harper and locks in the STF, but Rowan breaks it up. Harper lands a big uppercut and Cena is down again. Harper lands an elbow to the back of Cena’s head and tosses him outside. Rowan now tags back in. Cena drives Rowan back first into the barricade, but Harper grabs Cena and tosses him into the steel steps as we go to commercial.

Back on Raw, Cena goes for his shoulder tackle but misses and slides out of the ring. Harper puts Cena on the top rope, but Cena fights off and and hits a jumping tornado DDT. Bray now tags into the match. Bray hits an underhook slam to the mat and covers for a 2 count. Bray mounts Cena and lands big right hands. Bray puts Cena’s head against the ring post and lands big forearms. Bray charges and sandwiches Cena’s head between his elbow and the ring post. Rowan now tags back in. Rowan lands a big right hand and drives his fists into the temple of Cena. Cena fights back to his feet and uses his strength to break the hold. Cena lands some big right hands and then moves as Rowan charges and Rowan hits the ring post. Rowan gets the tag to Wyatt. Wyatt charges and hits a splash to Cena in the corner. Bray charges and Cena connects with a big clothesline. Cena runs over and knocks Rowan and Harper off the apron. Cena hits his shoulder tackles and takes Bray down. Harper charges and Cena low bridges him. Cena connects with the 5 knuckle shuffle and hits the AA on Bray. He covers but Rowan and Harper break it up. They all attack Cena and the ref calls for the bell.
No Contest
After the match, Rowan and Harper destroy Cena with a clothesline and a big boot as Bray watches. Harper and Rowan hold Cena up as Bray grabs him and hits Sister Abigail. Bray grabs a mic and says in time, all things come to light. He then sings “he’s got the whole world in his hands.” He sings the song over and over again as we go off the air.
