TNA Cancels ‘Mania Shows, RVD To TNA Wrestling?, Shelley, More

TNA has canceled the house shows in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada during WrestleMania 26 weekend. TNA made the call to drop the events, and there is no word on if they will be rescheduling shows during that time.

Alex Shelley will appear for Westside Xtreme Wrestling event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 13th, 2010.

Rob Van Dam was on Between the Ropes this week and discussed the rumors of him signing with TNA. RVD stated that he had not talked with Hulk Hogan about coming in, but that he did talk with owner Dixie Carter. He would not confirm or deny that he was coming in to work for the company. For what it’s worth, I’ve heard for weeks that RVD is ‘nearly confirmed’ for TNA. I would expect him shortly.
