Dixie Carter’s Absence At The iMPACT! Tapings, Magnus Update

Just to recap some news & notes from this week’s TNA iMPACT! TV tapings in Cleveland, Ohio ………..

— TNA President Dixie Carter was not in attendance at the iMPACT! taping on Thursday night from Cleveland, Ohio. She is scheduled to return at the upcoming 9/12 “No Surrender” themed iMPACT! Wrestling taping in St. Louis. According to sources, many within TNA were waiting to see how Carter would react to recent comments by Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff following a Q and A session in Toronto.

— Magnus ended up making the TNA iMPACT! tapings on Thursday night in Cleveland, Ohio just after it began and worked the second taping to air next week on Spike TV. He was initially pulled from the taping after he needed to return to the UK in order to get a new work visa. The company originally didn’t expect him to make it in time.
