— Papa Berg’s lawsuit against WWE, Michael Hayes and others over Berg not getting credit for several songs such as “Badstreet U.S.A” is moving forward. Judge Jane Boyle found that Berg “pled enough allegations at this stage” for the lawsuit to continue, which also argues for his credit on the songs “Man Called Sting,” “Simply Ravishing,” “The Natural” and “Steinerized.” Berg claims in the suit that he found out that his songs had been “improperly and erroneously registered” by WWE.
