WWE has made a motion to have the June 10th lawsuit, which was brought against them by Joe Hamilton and Deep South Wrestling, moved to State jurisdiction.

The August 30th WWE house show scheduled in Bowling Green, Ohio has been moved to January of 2010. WWE moved tonight’s event, which was in Valparaiso, Indiana to that date, the had to move the Bowling Green show.

While it was originally thought that WWE Divas would be working the WWC Anniversary Show, the new card for the event has TNA Knockouts ODB and Traci Brooks on the card:
