Partial Source: The Wrestling Observer

SITE NOTE: As most of you know by now, I will be taking the train down to New York City today to cover tonight’s ROH i-PPV event. I’d order the i-PPV at GFL.tv if you’ve got a few extra bucks as this card is sick from top to bottom. Anyways, my train leaves around 11AM and doesn’t get back here to Albany, NY until around 3AM tomorrow (Saturday) morning. With that being said, news will be very slow this afternoon and tonight. I threw up a few posts this morning and I’ll update the rest of the news on tomorrow (Saturday) morning. Thanks for your continued support of the website and I’ll see you tomorrow. Have a great holiday weekend guys!

— The 2012 WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view will take place on April 29th. As noted before, the show will be held at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, IL.

— WWE officials were upset this week when former NBA star Shaquille O’Neal leaked the news that he was in talks to wrestle Big Show at WrestleMania 28. Officials previously wanted LeBron James to participate at WrestleMania 28 in Miami but he can’t due to the NBA.
