The Colons & Elijah Make Surprise Appearance & Announced They Joined TNA on Thursday’s Impact Show

Thursday’s live TNA Impact! show at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida featured former WWE talents The Colons and Eljah making surprise appearances and announcing they have joined TNA Wrestling.

During the show, TNA World Champion Joe Hendry was in the ring seated on a stool and holding a guitar. Hendry proceeded to perform an encore of his championship concert. This led to Hendry being interrupted by The Colons’ music and Eddie & Orlando Colon coming out making their surprise appearance. The Colons introduced themselves and proceeded to insult Hendry and revealed that they have joined TNA.

As the Colons made their way to the ring to try to attack Hendry, the lights went off and a spotlight shined on the stage and Elijah came out holding a guitar and making his surprise debut. Elijah proceeded to sing a song talking about him joining TNA tonight. Elijah then mocked the Colons and asked Hendry if he’s got his guitar ready.

As Elijah entered the ring, TNA Director of Authority’s Santino Marella’s music played and he came out to the stage. Marella talked about having not one but to big surprises to start off the night and him making surprise number three, which was him announcing tonight’s main event being a tag match of Hendry & Elijah vs. The Colons. This led to Elijah responding stating that there is no reason why they can’t have a little concert right now and proceeded to perform a quick one with Hendry as the segment ended.

Wes Lee, Tyson Dupont, & Tyriek Igwe vs. Ace Austin & The Rascalz Announced for TNA Sacrifice 2025

Thursday’s live TNA Impact! show also featured the first of two new matches announced for the card of Sacrifice 2025.

This new match announced was a Six-Man Tag Team match of Wes Lee, Tyson Dupont, & Tyriek Igwe vs. Ace Austin & The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz).

This match was initially setup over Wes Lee and The Rascalz’s bad blood issues with each other spilling over on both TNA and WWE’s NXT brand. Following the Rascalz’s tag team victory over Dupont & Igwe, an angry Lee grabbed a microphone and stated that he has had enough of Ace Austin and The Rascalz and issued a challenge for a 6-Man Tag Team match at Sacrifice.

It was later announced that this match was made official for the show.

Oba Femi Makes Surprise Appearance on Thursday’s TNA Impact! Show

Thursday’s TNA Impact! show also featured current WWE NXT Champion Oba Femi making a surprise appearance.

Following JDC’s victory over Leon Slater in a No DQ match with some cheating help by The System, JDC and The System attacked Slater which led to The Hardy running out to try to save Slater. This then led to Femi’s music playing and him coming out and helped take out The System and clear the ring of them.

In a follow-up segment, The System were seen backstage angry over what just happened and Alisha Edwards blaming Moose for why Femi showed up over his interaction with Femi on NXT. This led to TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella showing up to interrupt and announced that Moose, Eddie Edwards, and Brian Myers will be competing in a Six-Man Tag Team match against The Hardys & Femi.

Cora Jade vs. Masha Slamovich for TNA Knockouts World Title Announced for TNA Sacrifice 2025

Thursday’s live TNA Impact! show also featured the second of two new matches announced for the card of Sacrifice 2025, which takes place on March 14th at the El Paso County Coliseum in El Paso, Texas.

This new match announced was a TNA Knockouts World Championship of Cora Jade vs. Masha Slamovich (c).

This match was initially setup over recent weeks shows over Slamovich’s bad blood issues with Jade. Following Slamovich’s quick victory over Mila Moore, Jade ran out from the crowd and attacked Slamovich laying her out as Tessa Blanchard watched on from the stage.

In a follow-up segment, TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella and NXT Liaison Arianna Grace gave an announcement backstage stating that Slamovich will be defending her TNA Knockouts World title against Cora Jade at Sacrifice 2025.
