Chad Gable on His Match with Penta on Monday’s WWE RAW Show
Monday’s WWE RAW show in San Jose, California featured Penta making his official debut in WWE. Penta competed in an in-ring debut match against Chad Gable, which was won by Penta.
Gable reflected earlier today on Twitter about his match with Penta and how it was a reminder of why he fell in love with professional wrestling.
“I detest Penta, luchadores, and losing.
But last night was a reminder as to why I fell in love with this beautiful artistic expression of physicality and the sport of Professional Wrestling when I was 5 years old and have been obsessed with it ever since.
I felt so alive.”

I believe we can finally get to that level with me at the forefront of all of this. There has been NXT, NXT Gold, NXT 2.0, White and Gold, Black and Gold, this is Platinum. This is NXT Platinum. This is Oba Femi’s era. This is my time to reign, and it’s going to be special.”
