TNA Announces Part One Winners of Their 2024 Year End Awards
Thursday’s TNA Impact! show featured TNA Wrestling officially announcing the first half of their winners for this year’s Year End Awards.
It was announced that next week’s show on December 26th will feature the second half of their winners list, which are X-Division Star of the Year, Male Wrestler of the Year, Knockouts Tag Team of the Year, and Match of the Year.
First half of 2024 TNA Year End Awards winners list:
- TNA Knockout of the Year – Jordynne Grace
- TNA Moment of the Year – Joe Hendry concert mocking AJ Francis from the May 2nd episode of TNA Impact!
- One to Watch in 2025 – Leon Slater
- TNA Tag Team of the Year – ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey)

Athena Surpasses Two Year Milestone as ROH Women’s World Champion
Athena recently surpassed the milestone of two years as current ROH Women’s World Champion.
Athena reached the milestone on December 10th and is currently at 740 days and counting for her reign.
Besides being the current longest ever reigning ROH Women’s World Champion, Athena is also the current longest ever reigning ROH Champion in ROH history.

As noted before, New Japan Pro Wrestling recently announced a Sumie Sakai Retirement Six-Person Tag Team match of Sumie Sakai & mystery partners vs. Hiromu Takahashi & mystery partners for the card of their Battle in the Valley 2025 event next month in San Jose, California. Takahashi recently announced that Stardom talent and current IWGP Women’s Champion Mayu Iwatani will be one of his partners for this upcoming match.
The debut trailer for upcoming film titled Queen of the Ring was recently released. This upcoming film is based on the life and wrestling career of wrestling legend Mildred Burke.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that TNA Wrestling officials are currently in talks with several talents for potential new contracts in the company.
Frankie Kazarian reportedly recently joined the cast for a new upcoming television series titled Tomb: The Metamorphosis of Kitra on ACCTV streaming service, according to PWInsider.
Moose announced on Twitter that he recently secured the trademark for his ring name. Moose stated “MOOSE HAS OFFICIALLY BEEN Trademarked thanks to @gimmickattorney“
