This is the second time that the CMLL Women’s Tag Team Championship has been vacated this year. The titles were first vacated this past summer following Stephanie Vaquer’s departure from the company and signing with WWE.
In regards to Blanchard’s next destination for her wrestling career, Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources stated that Blanchard is currently believed to have recently signed a new contract with TNA Wrestling to return to the company. Meltzer reported that Blanchard could make her return to TNA as early as tonight’s Final Resolution 2024 event in Atlanta, Georgia.
Meltzer reported that those spoken to stated that TNA officials currently have plans for Blanchard to be involved in a quick program with Jordynne Grace for Grace’s final big program in the company before she is expected to leave for WWE when her contract expires.
