As noted before, HENARE and Callum Newman suffered knee-related injuries at Thursday’s World Tag League 2024 event for New Japan Pro Wrestling in Nobeoka, Japan.
NJPW provided an update confirming that both HENARE and Newman had suffered knee injuries and have been pulled from Friday’s World Tag League 2024 event in Satsumasendai as a result.
In regards to HENARE, it was also announced that LIJ’s Hiromu Takahashi & Naito have been awarded a forfeit victory for their scheduled B Block tournament match against United Empire’s Henare & Great-O-Khan at Friday’s show due to HENARE not being able to compete.

HENARE and Callum Newman, both of whom scheduled to compete on tonight’s World Tag League card in Kagoshima, have sustained knee injuries and will be unable to appear.
