Kyle Fletcher vs. Will Ospreay Set for AEW Full Gear 2024

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show in Bridgeport, Connecticut featured one new match announced for AEW Full Gear 2024.

This new match announced was a singles match of Kyle Fletcher vs. Will Ospreay.

This match was initially setup over recent weeks of bad blood issues between Fletcher and Ospreay. During tonight’s show, Ospreay came out to the ring for an interview with Tony Schiavone that was cut short after Ospreay wanted Fletcher alone in the ring with him for a face-to-face talk. This led to Fletcher coming out to the ring in response and after a heated banter between the two, Fletcher issued a challenge to Ospreay for a match at Full Gear so that he could prove he is better than Ospreay. This led to Ospreay accepting the challenge and the Don Callis Family’s Lance Archer & Brain Cage coming out to the ring to attack Ospreay. Before anything else could happen, Ospreay stated that if they want to attack, then he has his own backup, which led to Powerhouse Hobbs and Mark Davis coming out from the crowd and stood alongside Ospreay. This then led to a big brawl breaking out between the two groups.

MJF vs. Roderick Strong Set for AEW Full Gear 2024

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show also featured one newly updated match for the card of AEW Full Gear 2024.

This newly updated match was a singles match of MJF vs. Roderick Strong.

This newly update match was setup following Strong defeating Lance Archer in a Falls Count Anywhere match but Cole failing to defeat Konosuke Takeshita in a singles match. This meant that Strong was able to achieve the three wins in a row stipulation to earn a match against MJF at Full Gear.
