MJF Announced for Indie Event This December

Boca Raton Championship Wrestling announced that MJF will be making an appearance for the company at their Festival of Fights event on December 15th in Boca Raton, Florida.

It was announced that MJF will be competing in a singles match against QT Marshall at the event.


Marshall Von Erich Suffered Torn Pectoral Injury

Indies and Ring of Honor talents The Von Erichs (Ross & Marshall Von Erich) recently held a live stream on YouTube. During the stream, Marshall Von Erich revealed that he is currently out of action from wrestling due to him recently suffering a torn pectoral injury.

“When you get the adrenaline and the crowd’s in there too… I’m actually coming off of a torn pec because I was all hyped up, I threw a dropkick and I felt like I got too much air and when I landed, I wasn’t ready for it. But it’s crazy what the crowd and the adreadline will do to you.”

The Von Erichs lasted wrestled this past September for ROH.

Friday’s Super Junior Tag League 2024 event for New Japan Pro Wrestling featured TMDK (Kosei Fujita & Robbie Eagles) emerging as the winners of A Block for this year’s tournament. TMDK will be facing off against the winners of B Block in the Finals of this year’s tournament at NJPW’s Power Struggle 2024 event on November 4th in Osaka, Japan.

The Crash announced that Penta El Zero Miedo will be making an appearance for the company at their 13h Anniversary Show on November 8th in Tijuana, Mexico.

Major League Wrestling announced that tickets for their upcoming co-promoted Lucha Apocalypto event with CMLL on November 9th in Cicero, Illinois recently reached sold out status.

Westside Xtreme Wrestlijng recently announced that Lucha Libre AAA talent Psycho Clown is the next official competitor for next year’s 16 Carat Gold tournament on March 7-9, 2025 in Oberhausen, Germany.

Former WWE wrestler Tucker Knight recently announced that he has officially retired from wrestling.

Indies wrestler AJ Gray recently announced on Twitter that he very likely will be retiring from wrestling by June of 2025 due to health related issues. Gray statedI just got to the hospital…. Thia past Tuesday’s Lunes Clásico event for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico featured Difunto defeating Magnus, Zandokan Jr., Villano III Jr., Crixus, Coyote, Espanto Jr., and Vegas in a 2024 Rey del Inframundo Tournament Elimination match to advance to the Finals of this year’s tournament.

This past Tuesday’s CMLL Martes de Glamour event at the Arena Coliseo in Guadalajara, Mexico featured Barboza defeating Furia Roja, Gallero, Arlequín, Maléfico, Calavera Jr. I, Calavera Jr. II, and Bestia Negra in a 2024 Rey del Inframundo Tournament Elimination match to advance to the Finals of this year’s tournament. Barboza joins Difunto, Xelhua, and Barbaro Cavernario for this field for this year’s Finals.

In a recent issue of the Mone Mag fan newsletter, Mercedes Mone stated that she had wanted to make a surprise appearance for CMLL at this past Sunday’s Domingos Arena Mexico event in Mexico City, Mexico but was unable to do so in the end up due to Rocky Romero did not respond back to her request in time due to him being in Kapan. Mone stated “When I first landed, I saw a poster for CMLL. So, I texted Rocky to see if I could make an appearance. It was right down the street from the hotel that I was staying at. But Rocky didn’t get back to me because he was in Japan, and I needed him to get in. So, Rocky, be warned, I will punch you the next time I see you because I really wanted to make a surprise appearance at CMLL.

Thursday’s TNA Impact! show featured Savannah Evans making her surprise return to TNA. Following Lei Ying Lee’s victory over Maggie Moore on the show, Evans made her surprise return and ran out to the ring and laid out Lee with a big boot strike. This was Evans first appearance in TNA since this past January.

TNA announced four new matches for the card of next week’s TNA Impact! show on November 7th on AXS TV:
