QT Marshall Comments on Having Deal with TNA Prior to His AEW Departure in 2023

A recent episode of the Gabby AF podcast featured AEW Vice President QT Marshall as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Marshall revealing that he had a deal in place to work for TNA Wrestling prior to his departure from AEW in 2023.

“I can wrestle for anyone else, obviously besides WWE. Even for a moment there, I was gonna work for TNA and still work for Tony. I was like part, before I even left a year ago, Scott D’Amore and I, we had made an agreement and Tony was gonna help pay for my flights, it was great. Scott didn’t reach back out and I was like, ‘Hey, what’s going on?’. Obviously, he knew what was going to happen so he didn’t. But now i’m working for him for Maple Leaf Wrestling in a couple of weeks, so I’m excited about that.”
