Rob Van Dam Comments on His Surprise Appearance on Last Week’s WWE SmackDown Show

This past Friday’s WWE SmackDown season premiere and return show to USA Network featured ECW legend Rob Van Dam among the WWE Hall of Famers and former WWE talents shown in attendance in the crowd.

A recent episode of the 1 Of A Kind podcast featured co-host RVD’s thoughts about the process that led to his surprise on-screen appearance at this past Friday’s SmackDown show.

“How about that. RVD just pops up wherever he feels like. It’s part of being the Whole F’n Show. It was an invite that happened, not with a lot of notice at all. It was awesome to be there. They showed some legends in the crowd. It was cool to be part of that. Katie came because, one, she loves WWE. Two, she loves RVD. It was cool to have her by my side as well. Otherwise, I would have had my arm around Teddy Long or something.”

RVD also gave his thoughts about how much of a notice he received for his scheduled appearance on the show.

“It was one day notice to fly out. Wednesday, ‘Sorry about the short notice. You have to leave tomorrow. Are you available on Friday?’ I was.”

Armando Alejandro Estrada Confirmed He Signed WWE Legends Contract

As noted before, former WWE talent and ECW brand General Manager Armando Alejandro Estrada is believed to have recently signed a WWE Legends contract.

Estrada recently provided an update on Twitter confirming the reports of him recently signing a Legends contract with WWE.

I'm happy to announce that I have signed a 5 year Legends/Nostalgia contract w/ @WWE for special appearances & merchandising, including action figures, video games, & more!

Great to be back in the fold with them!

New Wyatts Sick QR Code Airs on Monday’s WWE RAW Show

Monday’s WWE RAW show in Portland, Oregon featured a new video teaser and QR code for Bo Dallas and the Wyatt Sicks.

During the show, the screen glitched and Bo Dallas was seen and stated “Even now, the words of the red grow stronger. Whispers like a thousand voices screaming in silence, guiding the knife until our hands are one in the same. You speak, we follow.” This was followed by a new QR Code flashing on the screen as the video ended.

When scanned, this QR code leads to a new website featuring a list of journal entries with various titles.

One of the entries titled “SHE” contains the following cryptic message about a mysterious woman.

When SHE speaks,

mountains should tremble.

It’s waiting for HER.

I can only open the door.

SHE must choose to walk through.

Another entry titled “Frater” contains a cryptic message about the group will be there for a mystery person when they need them.

The bond of a family is a cat of nine tails.

Bound through suffering.

We see you, brother.

When you need us, we will be there.
