WWE: Charlotte Flair Knee Injury Update, Kevin Nash on Logan Paul Not Being a “Top Five Guy If You Can’t Go to the Ring & Call It”, Two New Matches Set for 9/16 WWE RAW Show

Charlotte Flair Knee Injury Status Update

As noted before, Charlotte Flair has been out of action for WWE since this past December due to a torn ACL, torn meniscus, and torn MCL injuries and underwent surgery this past January.

Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that Flair is still not cleared for a return to the ring and may not be for a while. It was reported that the current belief within WWE is that it will be “some time” before she is able to return due to her injuries were described as being “severe.”

Those spoken to within WWE at the begining of the year reportedly stated that they believed Flair would not wrestle in 2024 due to the severity of her injuries. Flair reportedly had been ahead of schedule for her recovery this past February but it was still too soon at the time for a timetable to be made for her potential return.

It was reported that one WWE source spoken to stated that the reports of WWE officials having creative plans for Flair to get involved with Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton is not true. This same source reportedly stated that it is unlikely WWE officials have made any actual plans for Flair until she is cleared for a return.

Kevin Nash Responds to Logan Paul Comments & Paul Not Being a “Top Five Guy If You Can’t Go to the Ring &n Call It”

As noted before, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash and Logan Paul recently were involved in an online feud over Nash’s issues with Paul not knowing what the word “shoot” meant in wrestling and his belief that Paul isn’t “one of the boys” and Paul responding back claiming he was better at doing his wrestling job for someone with as little experience he has than Nash ever was.

A recent episode of the Kliq This podcast featured co-host Nash responding to Paul’s recent video and comments against him.

“I didn’t say ‘Fuck you.’ I said, ‘Fuck you from the boys.’ I guess I’m one of the boys. I guess, technically. I don’t have a dog in the race. I love the fact that the boys are making that kind of money. I just took it in character when we talked about it and did what we do: you embellish a little bit. ‘We’ll get a sound byte out of this.’ This comes out and I look at it, and to tell you the truth, I really don’t know anything about him. I remember the first time I heard his name. Not going to fucking go there. He has more than paid his dues on that. He has apologized. That would be a bitter old man that kicks somebody in the balls when they’re taking a shower and they have their eyes closed. The first time I really noticed him was against Roman, the Saudi match. He was on the top rope and cut a promo with his own phone in his hand and he filmed a dive. I thought, ‘Wow.’ There were different times after that where I would watch him and people would pop and he would film the people and he put it on his social media. That’s taking this whole thing to a different level. Nobody laid that out for that fucking kid. I think his athleticism is amazing. When I go some place and somebody is getting that kind of push and money, I ask some questions. I’m still one of the boys. I asked a person that has been in the ring with him, ‘How is he?’ He says, ‘He’s amazing as far as what he can do physically. He just doesn’t remember anything.’ I don’t know how much truth there is to this. For the match in Puerto Rico. They brought a ring down and trainers. They go through his matches. He said, ‘Maybe he should get more in depth of knowing the history.”
