Saraya Complains Not Having Match at All In 2024 & Toni Storm Responds Putting Her AEW Women’s Title & All In Spot on Line for 8/21 Dynamite Show

Friday’s taped AEW Rampage show featured one new match announced for the card of next week’s AEW Dynamite show on August 21st at the Utilita Arena Cardiff in Cardiff, Wales.

This new match announced was an AEW Women’s World Championship match of Saraya vs. “Timeless” Toni Storm.

This match was setup following a promo segment involving The Outcasts and Storm. During the show, Harley Cameron and Saraya were seen in the ring. Cameron proceeded to run down the crowd and everyone for not saying anything to Saraya about her upcoming birthday. Cameron attempted to sing “Happy Birthday” to Saraya who ended up cutting it short and proceeded to talk and complain about the past year of her career going from winning the Women’s World title at last year’s All In event to not having a match yet for this year’s event. As Saraya made each point during her complaining, Harley interjected each time with a comedic one liner quirk that ended with Saraya talking about “Dinner and a Movie” and Cameron shilling the show being available on the TBS app.

This led to Storm’s music playing to interrupt and came out to the stage. Storm talked about her still being the champion and her upcoming match against Mariah May. After insulting Saraya, Storm offered her a shot at her AEW Women’s title at next week’s Dynamite show as a birthday gift and upped the stakes by putting her spot at All In 2024 also on line. Saraya responded accepting the challenge leading to Storm responding with some more insults directed towards Saraya.

Scorpio Sky Makes Surprise Appearance at Friday’s AEW Rampage Show

Friday’s taped AEW Rampage show also featured Scorpio Sky making a surprise return appearance.

During the show, Sky was seen backstage outside of Private Party’s private club party room. Sky attempted to get into the party only to be stopped by Private Party’s bouncer who told him he was not on the list of guests. This led to Brandon Cutler and several women showing up and were allowed to join the party. This led to Sky being upset over what just happened and Cutler mocking Sky for not being invited. Private Party’s Marq Quen & Isiah Kassidy came out and told the bouncer to let him in anyways since they are friends.
