NJPW G1 Climax 2024 Night 17 Quick Match Results:

  1. Just Five Guys (TAKA Michinoku, DOUKI, Taichi, & SANADA) defeated Katsuya Murashima, Tomoaki Honma, & Bishamon (YOSHI-HASHI & Hirooki Goto) via Saharawi Suplex (pinfall 6:52)
    • DOUKI pinned Murashima after hitting the Saharawi Suplex for Just Five Guys victory.
    • Following the match, Just Five Guys’ victory celebration was cut short by Taiji Ishimori coming out to the ring and challenged DOUKI for his IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship. DOUKI responded back nodding in approval accepting the challenge.
  2. Boltin Oleg, Toru Yano, & Hiroshi Tanahashi defeated House of Torture (Yoshinobu Kanemaru, SHO, & Yujiro Takahshi) via Schoolboy (pinfall 8:40)
    • Near the end of the match, Takahashi grabbed Tanahashi leading to Kanemaru attempting to hit Whiskey Mist to Tanahashi, who dodged resulting in Takahashi getting hit instead. Tanahashi then took out Kanemaru as Yano rolled up Takahashi for the pinfall victory for his team.
  3. Bullet Club War Dogs (Jake Lee & Gabe Kidd) defeated United Empire (Francesco Akira & Jeff Cobb) via Chokeslam (pinfall 6:48)
    • Lee pinned Akira after hitting a chokeslam to give the victory to War Dogs.
  4. United Empire (Callum Newman & HENARE) defeated Los Ingobernables de Japon (BUSHI & Tetsuya Naito) via Ultima (submission 6:11)
    • HENARE submitted BUSHI after locking in the Ultima for the tap out victory for United Empire.
  5. House of Torture (Dick Togo, Ren Narita, & EVIL) defeated Jado, El Phantasmo, & Shota Umino via Everything Is Evil (pinfall 7:40)
    • Near the end of the match, Jado attempted to hit a double Green Killer to Togo and EVIL leading to House of Torture’s SHO, Yoshinobu Kanemaru, & Yujiro Takahasi running out and interfered while the referee was down. After some more action, Togo tried to choke out Jado with the Spoiler’s Choker only for ELP to attack Togo and grabbed EVIL. This led to Jado charging at EVIL who dodged and Jado stopping in time to not hit ELP. This led to EVIL shoving ELP causing him to crash into Jado. Jado then attempted to hit a lariat to EVIL who countered by catching Jado and followed it with the Everything Is Evil for the pinfall victory.
    • Following the match, Narita attacked Umino on the outside and tossed him into the ring leading to HoT attacking Umino and Jado. This led to Hiroshi Tananashi, Boltin Oleg, & Toru Yano running out to save Umino & Jado as HoT scrambled out of the ring right before they arrived.
  6. TMDK (Hartley Jackson & Zack Sabre Jr.) defeated Bullet Club War Dogs (Gedo & David Finlay) via Death Valley Driver (pinfall 9:34)
    • Jackson pinned Gedo after hitting the DVD for TMDK’s victory.
  7. G1 Climax 2024 First Round Playoffs – Shingo Takagi defeated Great-O-Khan via Last of the Dragon (pinfall 20:50)
