John Cena Comments on Number of Dates for His In-Ring Retirement Tour

As noted before, John Cena will be holding a retirement tour for his in-ring WWE and wrestling career in 2025.

Collider.com held a recent interview with Cena. One of the topics discussed included Cena’s thoughts about the number of dates his retirement tour will be in length.

“This is one thing I can give you—I can probably confirm the Peacemaker will take us to the end of 2024, and I can say that with the utmost conviction because I have given the calendar year 2025 to WWE. I am retiring in 2025, and I start that farewell tour in January and I’ll end it in December. It’s gonna be right around 36 dates around the world to pay thanks and gratitude to the WWE audiences around the world. So, that’s what I’m doing in 2025.”

“Oba, how ya doing? I’m Otis. That 20 pounds of gold on your shoulder sure looks damn good. If there’s one thing that people know out there, it’s I’m one mean [grunts] mother. I’m coming for you. Tomorrow night, open challenge for the North American Championship, oh yes, it’s big Otis versus Oba. Oh, yeah!”
