WWE’s VP of International Events and Senior Director of TV Event Relations Executives Depart from Company

Two high level WWE executives recently departed from the company, according to PWInsider and Fightful Select.

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that WWE Vice President of International Events and General Manager of Emerging Markets Michael Levin recently departed from the company over the past several days.

Those spoken to reportedly stated that Levin’s departure was due to his position being phased out as part of TKO Group’s ongoing assimilation of WWE and UFC. Johnson reported that prior to his departure, Levin had worked out of WWE’s London office and had been in attendance at last Saturday’s Backlash 2024 event in Lyon, France.

Prior to his departure, Levin had been working in WWE since August of 2016 and had been promoted as the GM Emerging Markets and VP, International Live Events in July 2020. Prior to joining WWE, Levin had previously worked for Ticketmaster and Live Nation.

Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reported that his sources confirmed Johnson’s report about Levin’s departure and also stated that another high level WWE executive also recently departed from the company.

Sapp reported that those spoken to stated that Senior Director of TV Event Relations Steven Rubin also departed from WWE over the past few days.

Prior to his departure, Rubin had worked in WWE since June of 1998 and had been promoted as the Senior Director of TV Event Relations in February of 2023.
