ROH Announces Date & Location for Supercard of Honor 2024

Ring of Honor announced that this year’s Supercard of Honor event will be taking place on April 5th at The Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

It was also announced that tickets for this upcoming event will officially go on sale starting on February 24th.

Ric Flair Biopic Reportedly in Production by The Rock’s Seven Bucks Production

The Wrap reported that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Seven Bucks Production studio is currently developing a new wrestling-based biopic based on wrestling legend and WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair.

In a statement to The Wrap, Johnson stated:

“As a kid who grew up in professional wrestling, I idolized, ‘The Nature Boy’ Ric Flair. He was a hero to me. And once I broke into the wrestling business and began to spill my own sweat and blood – my reverence for Ric turned to respect. Because I realized just how rare and impossible it is to disrupt the wrestling business, culture and truly change the game – and that’s exactly what Ric Flair did. This project is personal, and we can’t wait to tell his unbelievable story. As always, thank you for the house, Ric.”

Flair recently reflected on Twitter about The Rock producing a new film based on his life and wrestling career.

Trent Acid & The Briscoes Announced for 2024 Class of Inductees for Indie Wrestling Hall of Fame

Game Changer Wrestling recently announced that Trent Acid and The Briscoes (Mark & Jay Briscoe) are the first two official inductees for this year’s class for the Indie Wrestling Hall of Fame.

It was also announced that Acid will be inducted by Johnny Kashmire and The Briscoes will be inducted by Mark Briscoe.

It was announced that this year’s Hall of Fame ceremony will be taking place on April 7th in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
