WWE RAW Notes: NXT N.A. Title Match for Tues. NXT, New Match for Fastlane 2023, NXT Women’s Title Match Delayed to Oct. 9th RAW

Dominik Mysterio vs. Trick Williams for NXT North American Title Announced for Tues. NXT Show

Monday’s WWE RAW show in San Jose, California featured one new match announced for this Tuesday’s WWE NXT show.

This is a NXT North American Championship match of Dominik Mysterio vs. Trick Williams (c).

This match was setup following an in-ring promo segment involving Judgement Day. After Rhea Ripley berated Damian Priest for the group falling apart while she was gone and blaming him for why Mysterio lost his NXT North American title at this past Saturday’s NXT No Mercy event, she turned her attention to Mysterio.

Ripley stated that while she is his “Mami”, he is still her “Papi” and also stated that Mysterio will get a chance to regain his NXT North American title since she invoked his rematch clause for this Tuesday’s NXT show. Ripley also threatened Mysterio that if he does not bring back his title tomorrow, then their relationship is over and he does not need to bother coming back home to her.

One New Match Announced for WWE Fastlane 2023, Updated Card

Monday’s RAW show in San Jose also featured one new match officially announced for WWE Fastlane 2023, which takes place on October 7th at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This new match was announced to be an Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship match of Jey Uso & Cody Rhodes vs. Judgement Day (Damien Priest & Finn Balor) (c).

This match was setup following an in-ring promo segment between Judgement Day and Uso. After some insults by Uso directed towards Rhea Ripley claiming that her as the Tribal Chief of RAW had bigger balls than Roman Reigns in the Bloodline, Priest interrupted stating that he was tired of hearing Uso speak. A brawl then broke out involving Uso, Priest, and Dominik Mysterio resulting in Judgement Day eventually getting the upper hand and beating down Uso. This led to Rhodes running out to save Uso and an irate Adam Pearce yelling out for them to stop since he’s had enough of tonight’s chaotic brawls and stated that Judgement Day would be defending their tag titles against Uso and Rhodes at this Saturday’s Fastlane 2023 event.

Updated card for WWE Fastlane 2023:

  • WWE World Heavyweight Championship Last Man Standing match – Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Seth Rollins (c)
  • WWE Women’s Championship Triple Threat match – Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka vs. IYO SKY (c)
  • Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship match of Jey Uso & Cody Rhodes vs. Judgement Day (Damien Priest & Finn Balor) (c)
  • John Cena & LA Knight vs. The Bloodline (Jimmy Uso & Solo Sikoa)
  • The LWO (Santos Escobar, Rey Mysterio, & mystery partner) vs. Bobby Lashley & The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford)
