Laredo Kid Injury Status Update
As noted before, Lucha Libre AAA and Impact Wrestling talent Laredo Kid underwent emergency surgery this past Monday due to abdominal-related issues following his match at AAA’s event this past Sunday in Monterrey, Mexico.
Kid recently provided a health update on Instagram stating (via LuchaBlog) that he is currently in a stable condition and his health has been improving since his surgery. Kid also stated that he is currently on track of being able to go home in a couple of days.

Impact Wrestling Announces Events Schedule for First Quarter of 2023
Impact Wrestling recently announced their full events schedule for the first quarter of 2023.
Among the notable events includes next year’s No Surrender event will be taking place on February 24th in Las Vegas, Nevada and next year’s Sacrifice event will be taking place on March 24th in Windsor, Canada.

- January 13, 2023 – Hard to Kill 2023 at the Center Stage in Atlanta, Georgia
- January 14th – Impact! television taping at the Center Stage in Atlanta, Georgia
- February 24th – No Surrender 2023 at Sam’s Town Live in Las Vegas, Nevada

Warrior Wrestling recently announced that Eddie Kingston will be making an appearance for the company at their Warrior 26 event on December 17th in Chicago Heights, Illinois.
Thursday’s NJPW The Night Before Rumble on 44th Street A Halloween Special event in New York City, New York featured a singles match between Fred Rosser and Crowbar, which was won by Rosser. Following the match Rosser gave a promo asking “Who is next?” in reference to his upcoming open challenge match for his NJPW Strong Openweight Championship at tonight’s Rumble on 44th Street event. Following Rosser’s promo, Jonathan Gresham made a surprise appearance and accepted Rosser open challenge offer.
NJPW’s Battle Autumn 2022 event earlier today in Tokyo featured EVIL defeating YOSHI-HASHI and Zack Sabre Jr. defeating David Finlay in Quarterfinal Round matches for NJPW’s World TV Championship tournament.
NJPW announced that they had pulled DOUKI from the card of their Battle Autum 2022 event this past Wednesday in Tokyo, Japan due to him recently falling ill with a fever. It was also announced that while DOUKI had tested negative for COVID-19, they made the decision to pull him from the event over healthy safety precautionary reasons.
NJPW also recently announced that they will be holding a new Fantasticamania co-promoted tour with Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre on February 22-28, 2023 in Japan. This will be the first time NJPW will be holding a Fantasticamania tour since 2020.
NJPW recently announced two new matches for their co-promoted X-Over event with Stardom on November 20th in Ariake, Japan:
