Tammy Sytch was arrested on Friday in Florida and charged in relation to the car crash on March 25 that killed 75-year-old Julian Lasseter, according to PWInsider.
Sytch is currently in Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach, FL.
She has been given nine charges, including DUI causing the death of a person (DUI manslaughter), driving with a suspended or revoked license (causing death or serious injury) and seven counts of DUI causing damage to a person or property, PWInsider says.
The most serious charge is DUI manslaughter, which is considered a felony in Florida and carries a minimum four year sentence and maximum 30 year sentence. Her total bond for all charges is set at $227,500.
A police report from the March 25 accident alleged that Sytch was “driving at a high rate of speed” and crashed her car into the back of Lasseter’s, who was taken to a hospital with injuries and died.
Police suspected that she was under the influence of alcohol and took a blood sample, but said that they were waiting for toxicology results to come back before filing criminal charges.
