Earlier today, we reported that this week’s edition of WWE RAW did a 4.1 cable rating, the show’s best number since December 10, 2007 (that show also did a 4.1). After some more research, comparing this week’s show to the 12/10/07 RAW is not really a fair comparison, since that was the 3-hour “RAW XV” 15th Anniversary show. Prior to that, the last time RAW drew a rating that high was the June 18, 2007 show, the week after after the infamous Vince McMahon limo explosion – another 4.1. Looking back even further, the last time RAW did a 4.1 was for the April 2, 2007 episode, the night after Vince McMahon got his head shaved in the Battle of the Billionaires at Wrestlemania.
Tricities.com has an interview up with Kofi Kingston (in character) discussing his concussion at the No Way Out PPV, Edge’s attack, and Saturday night’s WWE house show in the area.
