Joey Ryan defeated Richard Holliday
Ryan won after taking a lollipop out of his tights and putting it in Holliday’s mouth, then hitting him with a superkick.

Puma King defeated Ricky Martinez
Konnan came out before the match and said that he wanted Pentagon and Fenix to be here tonight, but they couldn’t because of Salina de la Renta. Salina came out with Ricky Martinez and said that ICE sent Pentagon and Fenix back to Mexico, which got a lot of boos. Konnan then introduced Puma King, who came out to face Martinez. Puma King won after his big top rope powerbomb.

Prize Fight Challenge
Simon Gotch defeated Fallah Bahh
Simon Gotch came out and challenged anyone to come out and said that he’d give them $1500 if Gotch couldn’t win in five minutes. Fallah Bahh came out and dominated most of the match until Gotch grabbed some of the salt that Bahh brought to ringside and threw it into Bahh’s face while the ref wasn’t looking, allowing him to get the win with a few seconds left.

Smash N Dash Connection (Barrington Hughes & Kotto Brazil) defeated Samoan Island Tribe (Samu & Lance Anoa’i)
This was a really entertaining match. The Samoans played the heels and beat down Brazil for a while until he was able to tag in Hughes. Brazil hit Lance with an inverted diamond cutter followed by a splash by Hughes to win the match. Hughes and Brazil had great chemistry.

Myron Reed defeated Marko Stunt
Another entertaining match. Reed won sort of out of nowhere with a sunset flip, though.

MLW World Middleweight Championship Three Way Elimination Match
MJF (c) defeated Jason Cade and Jimmy Yuta
MJF is so good. Excellent cocky heel work during the match, lots of telling the crowd to shut up. It looked like MJF’s family was in the crowd to support him, all wearing MJF shirts. Yuta rolled up Cade to eliminate him first. Later, Aria Blake distracted the referee and Cade came into the ring and hit Yuta with a low blow, allowing MJF to get the win.

El Hijo de LA Park defeated Sammy Guevara
Guevara was great, hitting a lot of high flying moves, almost landing over the crowd barricade a couple of times. El Hijo won the match with a piledriver after Guevara missed a shooting star press. Lots of brutal piledrivers on this show.
And I think Hijo de L.A. Park just killed @sammyguevara #MLWFuryRoad #MLWFusion@MLW pic.twitter.com/qomUMCoaUq

Brody King defeated Tommy Dreamer
King dominated most of the match until Dreamer hit a DDT, then went to grab a cheese grater, but King escaped and hit Dreamer with a piledriver for the win.

Tom Lawlor defeated Shane Strickland
Awesome, hard fought match, with lots of stiff kicks and punches. Salina de la Renta came out to distract the referee, then Low Ki ran in and kicked Lawlor in the head. Strickland hit a top rope double stomp, but Lawlor kicked out. Lawlor then locked on a choke hold and Strickland tapped out. After the match, Lawlor was interviewed and said that he was “cashing in” his title match against Low Ki on February 2 at MLW Super Fight.

Hart Foundation (Teddy Hart, Davey Boy Smith Jr., Brian Pillman Jr.) defeated ACH, Rich Swann & Marko Stunt
Best match of the night. So good… Lots of insane moves were hit on Marko Stunt. Teddy Hart was amazing and really stole the show imo. So many crazy spots in this match. The Hart Foundation won after a tower of doom on Swann.

Spin the Wheel Make the Deal
Sami Callihan defeated Jimmy Havoc
Before the match, Havoc spun the wheel and it landed on spinner’s choice and he said that he wanted every stipulation to be in effect, which didn’t really make sense since a steel cage, first blood match, and a lot of other conflicting gimmick matches were on the wheel, but whatever. It ended up being basically a “hardcore” match. A staple gun was used a lot, as was a photograph of Joey Ryan, which was used by Havoc to give paper cuts to Callihan. Havoc also squeezed a lemon and poured some salt onto Sami’s paper cuts. In the end, Havoc brought in an urn, but Callihan was able to throw the ashes in his face, causing the venue to smell like baby powder for a while. Callihan then zipped Havoc up into a body bag and hit him with a brutal piledriver for the win.

MLW World Heavyweight Championship
Low Ki (c) defeated Daga
Not a great match. Lots of really hard chops though. Daga’s chest had a lot of welts on it from Low Ki’s chops and Low Ki’s collarbone was also super red. Low Ki won after he tried to rip Daga’s ear off, causing it to start pouring blood, leaving Daga writhing in pain grabbing at his bloody ear. Low Ki then hit a top rope double stomp for the win.

LA Park defeated PCO
Surprisingly great match and the crowd loved it and was super into LA Park. PCO tried a flipping senton bomb off the top rope onto LA Park on the apron, but he moved and PCO landed hard on the edge of the ring. LA Park eventually won with a spear. He cut a promo in Spanish after the match thanking all the fans and Selina de la Renta translated. The crowd threw money into the ring at LA Park.

Overall a really fun show to see live, with a typical hot NYC crowd.
