As we previously reported, a bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Tammy “Sunny” Sytch in Carbon County, Pennsylvania after she missed her third hearing on September 3 for her May 30 arrest in Mahoning Township. She was pulled over for “driving erratically” in a Wal-Mart parking lot, which lead to a DUI charge, a charge of driving with a suspended license and another charge for careless driving. There wil be a pre-trial conference on December 1 at 9 AM to review the case with the prosecution and defense. If a plea deal isn’t reached before then, a jury trial will be ordered on December 7.
Here are the updates on her June arrests:
– She has a court date in Palmerton, Pennsylvania (where she lives) for a preliminary hearing for DUI arrests on June 1 and June 20. The hearing happens on October 7 at 10:30 AM and includes charges of DUI, driving without a license, failing to stay in her lane of traffic and careless driving.
