— For those who may have missed our earlier reports, Maryse suffered a wardrobe malfunction during the Divas Championship Match at WWE’s Fatal 4-Way pay-per-view. The malfunction, which was captured on camera during the live broadcast, occurred when Fox went to pin Maryse. It was actually a mid-section slip. — It’s believed that WWE got a tax credit from the State of North Carolina after the WWE TV tapings in Charlotte and Raleigh several weeks ago. North Carolina reimburses TV producers 25% if they spend a minimum of $250,000 on production. WWE would have spent approximately $1.2 million producing RAW and SmackDown! that week. They spend that same amount each week.

— WWE claimed on TV that Joe Hennig is using the Michael McGillicutty name on NXT because the last name is his mother’s maiden name and he wanted to honor the other side of his family. Actually, Hennig’s mother was born Leonice Leonard, so it remains to be seen where the McGillicutty name came from. This could be related or not but McGillicutty was actually the maiden name of Lucy Ricardo on the hit 50’s TV show “I Love Lucy.”
