World Heavyweight Champion “The Ring General” Gunther charges down to the ring and waves Michael Cole into the ring. Cole was set to interview him later in the evening, but Gunther wants the interview right now. Cole gets in the ring and says he was expecting this later tonight. Gunther left Jimmy Uso a bloody mess in the ring two weeks ago. It caused Jey Uso to come out last week as a different person. Gunther cuts him off, and the crowd starts to boo. Last week, Jey Uso looked him in the eye and told him he’s not afraid of Gunther anymore. Gunther wants to get to the point. He’s here to look everyone in the eyes and tell them that Jey Uso is full of crap.
Cole realizes that the crowd is frustrated, but so is Gunther. Cole mentions that Gunther lost at WrestleMania last year. The crowd starts to chant, “YEET!” Gunther rips the microphone away from Cole and says, “Screw your question.” Gunther continues and says, “Screw Jey Uso. Screw everything Jey Uso stands for, and screw everybody who stands with him.” Ever since he stepped foot in this company, he’s the greatest gift it’s ever received. 80% of his time in this company has been as a champion. Right now, he’s the greatest World Heavyweight Champion of all time. Gunther refuses to let somebody like Jey Uso ruin that for him. Another “YEET” chant fires up. Gunther tells the crowd to do it as much as they want. Gunther urges Jey to come into WrestleMania with more confidence than ever. It won’t matter. At the end of the day, the bell has to ring. When that happens, Jey Uso cannot lace his boots. He’ll put Uso down for a fourth consecutive time when it happens.
For the last two weeks, Gunther has been told he went too far with Jimmy Uso and lost control. In 37 years of life, he’s never lost control. Two weeks ago, when he took a bath in Jey’s brother’s blood, he was in full control and loved it. Gunther wants Jey to pray to the Lord and thank him for being in control two weeks ago. If he hadn’t been, he’d have drowned them both in Jimmy’s blood. Gunther is looking forward to calling his mother next week to tell her how much he enjoyed beating the living hell out of Jey Uso and walking out of WrestleMania still as the World Heavyweight Champion. Gunther storms off.
Michael Cole returns to the commentary table and says Gunther has lost control of the situation.

Video: Bianca Belair
Video: Bianca Belair says she’s been in her head lately with the Naomi and Jade Cargill situation. Still, she’s been standing up for herself and speaking the truth. You don’t have to like the truth, but you can’t deny it. Belair can’t deny that her WrestleMania match is a Triple Threat Match now. She’s going to use everything she’s been through to be the Bianca Belair she knows she can be. She’s the Belair that has never been pinned at WrestleMania. There’s nothing IYO SKY or Rhea Ripley can do to stop her from getting her flowers and leaving WrestleMania as the champion. You can’t spell WrestleMania without E-S-T.

Why she would do a move like that days from WrestleMania is beyond me. Morgan gets Bayley in the ring for a two-count.

Backstage: Paul Heyman
Paul Heyman is waiting for Roman Reigns to arrive in the parking garage. He has not seen Roman Reigns since CM Punk announced he was cashing in his favor.
Video: Rhea Ripley
Video: Rhea Ripley says she can see right through Bianca Belair. She said she would just be out there to watch and then call it down the middle, but she sees Belair’s true intentions. Belair thrives on playing with Ripley’s emotions and wants to make her look like the bad guy. Belair doesn’t understand that when Ripley loses something she loves, she’ll do anything to get it back. As for IYO SKY, she never had to give her a championship match, but watching her pout and moan pulled on the heartstrings she had left. Ripley tells Sky to cherish every moment with the title. As for Belair, she wants her to feel what it’s like when she’s really the bad guy. At WrestleMania 41, she’ll get back what belongs to her.

AJ Styles vs. Karrion Kross
AJ STYLES vs. BARRICADE 💥 pic.twitter.com/fS5FhHLI5y
— WWE (@WWE) April 15, 2025
Karrion Kross is looking more and more like AJ Styles. Kross even wears tights in Styles’s style.
AJ Styles argues with Karrion Kross in the center of the ring. Kross shoves Styles, so Styles backs him into the corner and shoulders away at him. Kross reverses a whip to the corner and takes Styles down. Styles fights back, but Kross pulls him into the middle rope and chokes him. Kross shouts that it doesn’t have to be this way. Scarlett chokes Styles on the middle rope as the referee pulls Kross away. Kross hits a scary exploder suplex and taunts the crowd. Winner: AJ Styles via Pinfall.
Logan Paul walks out to the stage, and Styles is not happy to see his WrestleMania opponent. The crowd loudly boos Paul. Paul says he’s out here to congratulate Styles. Styles got a win in front of Sacramento, a bunch of people who aren’t cool enough to live in Los Angeles and weren’t smart enough to live in San Francisco. Styles showed these “generic California losers” why their match at WrestleMania will cook. Paul starts heading toward the ring and wants to show why their match will make money.
Video: A Logan Paul hype video plays.
Styles says that was a cute video, but he wants to start WrestleMania a few days early. Paul heads toward the ring. Styles turns and attacks Kross before he can sneak attack him. Styles attacks Paul as he gets in the ring. Kross grabs Styles, but Styles counters with a reverse DDT. Styles yells at Kross and turns into a loaded punch from Paul! — WWE (@WWE) April 15, 2025
“Main Event” Jey Uso makes his entrance, dressed in all black. Uso looks fired up but doesn’t do any of the “YEET” dances. Uso stands on the commentary table after making his way to the ring through the crowd. Uso slaps hands with Pat McAfee. The crowd wants more, so Uso obliges and has the music start up. The crowd is thrilled.
The music soon fades, and Uso starts to pace around the table. Uso says he said what he had to say to Gunther last week. This week, he wants to talk to the people of his hometown. His mother is here somewhere. People have been asking him where his mind is. Is he crashing out? Hell yeah, but he’s locked in for him, his family, and the crowd. Listening to Gunther talking made him feel like he was mad. Uso thinks Gunther is afraid that he’ll whoop his ass in front of 60,000 people for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania. Uso has them start his music up again, and he leads the crowd in a big “YEET.”
Uso grabs a Prime Energy bottle from the hydration station and leaves through the crowd.

Penta kicks Breakker before being hit with a Spear and knocks him out of the ring. Penta then scales the ropes and wipes Mysterio, Carlito, and Breakker out with a cross-body block to the floor. Bálor sneers as he watches from the aisleway.
Video: IYO SKY
Video: Women’s World Champion IYO SKY has a message for Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley. They keep forgetting that she’s the Women’s World Champion. They pushed her out of the way during their petty fights like she means nothing, but she’s the reason they’re fighting in the first place. She has what they want: the Women’s World Championship. She’s done being ignored and forgotten. You have to go through her to get the title. She’s not afraid to take them both on to defend it. She’s beaten them both before and will do it again. At WrestleMania, they will never forget the name IYO SKY, the Women’s World Champion.

In-Ring: Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman, Seth Rollins
MESSAGE SENT by SETH ROLLINS!#WWERaw pic.twitter.com/aFfYb24Ddf
— WWE (@WWE) April 15, 2025
Roman Reigns makes his entrance with Paul Heyman trailing behind him.
Roman Reigns stands in the ring with Paul Heyman. Reigns points to the sky as pyrotechnics go off. Paul Heyman watches on and smiles at the Original Tribal Chief. An “OTC” chant fires up. Heyman goes to hand the microphone over to Reigns, but Reigns walks through him and grabs his own microphone. Heyman looks nervous. Heyman stands at Reigns and waits to see what will happen. Reigns says, “Sacramento… acknowledge me!” The crowd cheers and throws the ones up in the air. Another “OTC” chant fires up. Reigns says the whole world can feel and hear that they love and acknowledge their Tribal Chief. Now the whole world understands they would never betray their Tribal Chief, but not everyone is like them. Reigns turns toward Heyman and says some people would betray him. Does Sacramento know who that might be? Heyman shakes his head.
Reigns asks, “Wise Man… how could you betray me?” Sacramento chants, “You f—ed up.” Heyman contorts his mouth and goes to speak, but he stops as Reigns asks, “Why?” Heyman looks like he’s having trouble with words for once in his career. The crowd boos Heyman. Heyman sheepishly says, “My Tribal Chief… it was not a betrayal… I paid back a favor that I owed.” Reigns isn’t satisfied with that response. Reigns says he’s confused. The way favors work is that you usually pay them back yourself. It feels like the only one being screwed in this favor is Roman Reigns. Reigns would never ask for a favor. They take what they want. Reigns doesn’t owe a favor because he never asked for any help. He never asked for anyone to join him at WarGames. Why is he supposed to cover the tab for Heyman’s “dumb ass favor?”
“BURN IT DOWN!”
Seth “Freakin” Rollins heads to the ring. He is wearing a black leather vest, which is not too dissimilar from his old Shield attire. Reigns is not happy to see him. The crowd sings Rollins’ theme. Rollins tells Sacramento to give it up for the Tribal Chief. After over a decade, he’s finally getting it and putting the pieces together all by himself. He’s almost there, but he’s missing one little piece. It’s too little, too late because he still has to end Reigns at WrestleMania. Rollins says it’s the right thing to do. This Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania is the biggest, most important Triple Threat Match in the history of WrestleMania, this company, and this industry. The winner of this match will define the future of their industry. Rollins says it can’t be Reigns. Rollins removes his sunglasses. If this business were filled with people like Reigns, not showing up until it’s convenient, then this business dies.
It can’t be CM Punk either. If this business were filled with people like him who pick up their ball when times get tough, only to come back and leech off the success of others, this business dies. A “CM Punk” chant fires up. Rollins asks the crowd if they want the business to die. Rollins doesn’t. If this business were filled with guys like him, who would sacrifice physical and mental well-being to always do what is best for business, then the business would not only live but thrive. There can be only one, and it’s gotta be Rollins. As for that one little piece that Reigns hasn’t quite figured out… favors don’t happen by chance. Favors are a choice. Rollins chose not to put Paul Heyman in the hospital last week. Now, Paul Heyman can choose whether to repay that debt or not. Reigns’s Wise Man is as dishonorable as they come. Heyman is a scumbag, and Rollins expects nothing from him. Paul Heyman is not in CM Punk’s corner at WrestleMania by chance. Paul Heyman has made a choice. Heyman is denying what Rollins is saying. Rollins says it’s not a betrayal. The final piece of this puzzle is not Heyman returning a favor. Heyman is choosing. Reigns has to ask why Heyman is choosing CM Punk over him.
Reigns looks conflicted. Heyman tries to explain himself and deny Rollins. Reigns says, “Wise Man… he’s right.” Reigns turns menacingly toward Heyman. Reigns says, “You made your choice, and I’ve made mine.” Reigns clotheslines Rollins down and sends him shoulder-first into the ring post.
Heyman is thrilled and shouts, “I acknowledge you, my Tribal Chief!” Reigns then pie faces Heyman and knocks him down. CM Punk runs down to avenge his friend. Reigns and Punk begin brawling in the ring. Punk clotheslines Reigns over the top rope. The crowd boos Punk, but they soon begin chanting his name. Punk checks on Heyman before turning into a Spear from Reigns. Reigns punches away at Punk. Rollins then sneaks up and smashes Reigns in the back a la the Plan B chair shot from 2014! Rollins hits Punk with a Stomp. Rollins then crushes Reigns with a Stomp! Heyman is stunned. Rollins picks up the chair and looks toward Heyman, who is cowering in fear in the corner. The show comes to an end at 10:24 p.m. Eastern.
