Will Ospreay Comments on Him Hoping Josh Alexander Being Wild Card Entrant for Men’s Owen Hart Cup

Sports Illustrated’s The Takedown on SI held a recent interview with Will Ospreay. One of the topics discussed included Ospreay’s thoughts about the rumors of Josh Alexander signing with AEW and him hoping Alexander is the Wild Card entrant in this year’s Men’s Owen Hart Foundation Cup tournament for a potential rematch in the Finals.

“It’s not been confirmed that he’s signed anything yet. But I mean, look, I had two epic matches with him in TNA. If anyone is a big Josh Alexander fan, like, I am. When we wrestled that first time, I had no problem telling him, like, I didn’t really know much about him, but I was a fan the moment, like, that first five minutes I started wrestling with him. I just knew, ‘Oh my God, this guy is actually genuinely incredible.’

So like, having to have that, and then when we done the rematch and he bested me, I would love it for him to be him, and if we were able to meet in the finals to settle the score. I can’t really confirm. I don’t think he has signed yet.”

Harley Cameron Comments on Origin of Her Ring Name

A recent episode of the Talk Is Jericho podcast featured Harley Cameron as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Cameron’s thoughts about the origin of her ring name being her combining the names of two of her favorite famous women.

“I’ve always liked the name Cameron for a girl. I don’t know why. I think I had a little gay crush on Cameron Diaz. She’s gorgeous. Also, the obvious thing is everyone said my wacky and zany nature was reminiscent of Harley Quinn. I feel like it’s an obvious wink at that. My craziness was kind of on par with that character. I just mixed it together. ‘That sounds good.”

Ricky Saints Comments on What Were His Aspirations for His Past AEW Career

The Ringer held a recent interview with WWE NXT talent Ricky Saints, former Ricky Starks in AEW. One of the topics discussed included Saints’ thoughts about his lengthy absence from AEW programming prior to his departure from the company and him joining WWE.

“I have to do things. For me, at least, fulfillment comes from actually making art, doing art, and actually being the person that makes something and then puts it out there. And so when you don’t have that opportunity to do that, so to speak, my fulfillment is stalled out. I need that. That’s how everything operates for me. I think that was the toughest part (of that period). It reminded me (of) when I had my neck injury and I couldn’t wrestle. I was going crazy because I couldn’t do the one thing that I love to do.”

Saints also gave his thoughts about what were his aspirations for his career in AEW and his current aspirations for his career in WWE.

“My aspirations in AEW were to just be given a chance and given the ball fully. I want that in WWE, obviously. I want the WWE Championship, but along the way, the Intercontinental Title would be great.”
