The Weekend’s Streak for Official WrestleMania Theme Song Continues for WrestleMania 41

Friday’s WWE SmackDown show at The O2 in London, England featured the announcement of “Timeless” by Playboi Carti & The Weeknd is the official theme song for WrestleMania 41.

This is the sixth year in a row that a song by The Weekend has been the official theme song for a WrestleMania event.

New Mystery “4” Video Airs on Friday’s WWE SmackDown Show

Friday’s WWE SmackDown show also featured a new mystery vignette airing teasing the arrival of a new mystery person to the SmackDown brand.

During the show, a video aired featuring the same smoke flowing as with the previous weeks videos. This video also featured several brief glitches and the voice from a mystery person saying “as I am, you will be.” This video also featured the text “IV XXV” briefly being shown as well.

This new mystery vignette is currently speculated to be for the return of Aleister Black to WWE. Black was previously known as Malakai Black during his time in AEW.

Rey Fenix Official WWE Debut Announced for Next Week’s WWE SmackDown Show

Friday’s WWE SmackDown show also featured the official announcement of Rey Fenix making his official WWE debut at next week’s show on April 4th in Rosemont, Illinois.

During the show, a new vignette aired hyping up Rey Fenix’s upcoming debut in WWE. This video revealed that Fenix will be going by his ring name of Rey Fenix and will be making his official debut in WWE at next week’s show.
