Natalya Announced for GCW Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIII

Josh Barnett announced that Natalya will be making an appearance for Game Changer Wrestling at their Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIII event on April 17th in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This will be Natalya’s official debut match in GCW and her first match outside of WWE since January of 2007.


Tam Nakano vs. Saya Kamitani in Career vs. Career & World of Stardom Title Match Set for Stardom All Star Grand Queendom 2025

Monday’s Nighter In Korakuen event for Stardom in Tokyo, Japan featured Saya Kamitani defeating Tam Nakano in a Loser Leaves Stardom match.

Following the match, Kamitani offered Nakano one last chance to remain in Stardom and issued an official rematch with the stakes even higher for next month’s All Star Grand Queendom 2025 event on April 27th in Yokohama.

Kamitani challenged Nakano to put her wrestling career on the line and she would put both her wrestling career and World of Stardom Championship on the line in return. Nakano accepted making the match official for the event.


Misc. Wrestling News & Notes

Former WWE and WCW wrestler Marc Mero recently a new autobiographical book titled MARC MERO: Badd To Good – The Inspiring Story Of A Wrestling Wildman. This new book focuses on Mero’s life and wrestling career.

WrestleCon recently announced that Elijah, Kevin Nash, Katie Forbes, and Raj Dhesi will be making an appearance for the company at their WrestleCon Las Vegas convention on April 18-20 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Former WWE and TNA talent Cassie Lee made her official in-ring return at Smash Pro Wrestling’s event this past Saturday in Canada. This was Lee’s first match since October of 2023.

Big Event NY announced that they have recently signed former WWE talent Carmella, real name Leah Van Dale, to be an exclusive client for signings and appearances for the company.

Major League Pro Wrestling announcer Christian Cole announced on Monday on Twitter that he was released from the company. Cole statedAs of today I’ve been released from my MLW contract and am now able to seek opportunities elsewhere. I’m proud of the work we did together & excited for the direction of the company. Thanks to all who supported me and especially Joe Dombrowski 4 his partnership & professionalism.

The Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer reported that his sources stated that MLW is currently expected to be releasing several talents soon due to budgetary-related reasons. Meltzer reported that those spoken to confirmed that Christian Cole’s release was not due to a budgetary reason.

MLW recently announced that Paul London is the next official competitor for this year’s Battle Riot match at their Battle Riot VII event on April 5th in Los Angeles, California.
