AAA’s Octagon Jr. and Laredo – the Aztec Warriors – battled A.J. Francis and KC Navarro of FIR$T CLA$$ to kick off the night. Before the match began, FIR$T CLA$$ disrespected the fans in El Paso. Francis looked to assert his dominance but Laredo was able to break free. The Aztec Warriors put their high-flying offense on display, as Octagon wiped out Francis on the floor. Navarro feigned an injury before twisting Laredo’s mask and defeating him with the Blessing in Disguise.

Street Fight Match
Sami Callihan vs. Mance Warner

Sami Callihan and Mance Warner started their Street Fight early as they brawled in the iMPACT! Zone to end the Countdown to Sacrifice.

Sacrifice began with this Street Fight already underway!

Sami Callihan and Mance Warner were out for revenge in a match with no disqualifications, no count outs, and a plethora of weaponry. The fans in El Paso were treated to a staple war as both competitors used a staple gun on one another. Callihan took it to another level when he stapled Warner’s tongue to the turnbuckle. Somehow, Warner was able to kick out after receiving a Death Valley Driver into a chair. But then, Steph De Lander threw powder in the eyes of Callihan. Warner capitalized with the running knee strike to win.

Winner: Mance Warner via Pinfall.

Tessa Blanchard vs. Lei Ying Lee

Krystall Poppin performed Tessa Blanchard’s theme song as she made her entrance for our next contest.

Tessa Blanchard and Léi Yǐng Lee locked up in our first official matchup of the Sacrifice main card. The fight spilled to the outside where Blanchard took control. Back in the ring, Blanchard continued to pick apart her opponent, but Lee would stay in the fight. Lee began to build momentum as she secured a submission attempt on Blanchard’s knee. Lee connected with a twisting Superplex but it wasn’t enough. Blanchard raked at the face of Lee, before putting her away with Magnum.

Winner: Tessa Blanchard via Pinfall.

TNA World Champion Joe Hendry, TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardys, Elijah and Leon Slater caught up with Gia Miller before the 10-Man Tag Team Cage and X-Division Title Ladder matches tonight. Ryan Nemeth wasn’t invited.

Six-Man Tag Team Lucha Rules Match
Wes Lee, Tyson Dupont, & Tyriek Igwe vs. Ace Austin & The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz)

It was announced on the Countdown to Sacrifice that this 6-man tag team match, pitting The Rascalz and Ace Austin vs. NXT’s Wes Lee, Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe, would be contested under Lucha Rules. This meant that the competitors could legally enter or exit the match without a tag. The action was fast and furious as Lee picked his spot and drove Austin into the steel ring steps. After being worn down by Tyson and Tyriek, Austin created separation with a double dropkick out of the corner. The Rascalz quickened the pace once again, as Miguel spiked Lee with a DDT on the floor. Lee was caught with The Fold from Austin, followed by a top rope corkscrew from Wentz to win.

Winner: Ace Austin & The Rascalz via Pinfall.

Backstage: Steve Maclin

Steve Maclin provided Gia Miller with his final thoughts on his upcoming match with Frankie Kazarian.

Frankie Kazarian vs. Steve Maclin

Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt were joined on commentary by Eric Young, who promised to watch Steve Maclin’s back during his match with Frankie Kazarian – despite Maclin not wanting his help. Kazarian rolled to the apron to avoid the KIA, before connecting with a slingshot DDT. Back and forth they went, as Kazarian secured a Chicken Wing submission. Maclin rolled to the outside to break the hold. Eric Young stopped Kazarian from using brass knuckles, and clobbered Kazarian with them while the refere – and Maclin – had their backs turned. Maclin connected with the KIA to win.

Winner: Steve Maclin via Pinfall.

Backstage: Spitfire

The Knockouts World Tag Team Champions, Spitfire, promised to defeat Ash & Heather By Elegance, and The Personal Concierge, one final time tonight.

TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship 3-on-2 Handicap Match
Heather & Ash By Elegance & The Personal Concierge vs. Spitfire (Jody Threat & Dani Luna) (c)

The longstanding rivalry between Spitfire and Ash & Heather By Elegance reached its boiling point with the Knockouts World Tag Team Titles on the line – but this time, The Personal Concierge joined Ash and Heather for the 3-on-2 advantage. The Concierge created a distraction from the apron, and Luna was knocked to the floor as a result. Luna found herself trapped on the wrong side of the ring as her opponents employed quick tags. Ash inadvertently struck Heather before Threat took them out with a dive to the floor. Spitfire hit the Pressure Drop on The Concierge. Heather spiked Luna with a DDT on the floor. Ash blindsided Threat as Heather hit her the double stomp to crown new Knockouts World Tag Team Champions.

Winner: Heather & Ash By Elegance & The Personal Concierge via Pinfall to become the new TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions.

After the match, the new Knockouts World Tag Team Champions had their celebration cut short by WWE NXT’s Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson!

Mustafa Ali vs. Mike Santana

Mike Santana rolled into the iMPACT! Zone in a low rider for his personal matchup with Mustafa Ali.

The early advantage went to Ali, who delivered a top rope 450 to Santana’s arm. Ali tried to steal the victory with his feet on the ropes but the referee caught him in the act. Santana fought through the pain and caught Ali with a mid-air cutter on the floor. The action continued as Santana connected with the Rolling Buck 50 for a very close near fall. Santana took out Skyler with Spin the Block. Tasha Steelz would get involved next as she slapped him from the apron. Ali stole the victory when he rolled up Santana with his hand on the ropes.

Winner: Mustafa Ali via Pinfall.

After the match, Ali continued to play mind games with Santana as he placed a beer in the ring.

TNA Knockouts World Championship
Cora Jade vs. Masha Slamovich (c)

Cora Jade looked to make history as the first WWE competitor to capture a TNA Championship but in order to do so, she would have to topple the reigning Knockouts World Champion, Masha Slamovich. We were once again graced by the liaison between TNA and NXT, Arianna Grace, as she joined the commentary team. Jade would jumpstart the match with a blindside attack during the in-ring introductions. Jade obliterated Slamovich with a Destroyer on the hardest part of the ring. It looked as though we were about to crown a new champion following Jaded – but Slamovich would break the pin. Slamovich bounced back with a spinning heel kick, then put Jade away with Requiem.

Winner: Masha Slamovich via Pinfall to retain the TNA Knockouts World Championship.

TNA X-Division Championship Ladder Match
Jeff Hardy vs. Moose (c)

Moose put his X-Division Title up for grabs – literally – as it hung in the balance for a ladder match against Jeff Hardy. Jeff climbed the ladder in pursuit of the title but Moose clobbered him with a steel chair. Moose continued the assault with a big powerbomb. The action took a turn for the extreme when Moose powerbombed Jeff into a ladder, which snapped one of the rungs. Moose once again prevented Jeff from grabbing the title but Jeff made him pay with a Twist of Fate off a ladder. Jeff Hardy hit a spine-shattering back bodydrop into a ladder. Jeff soared through the air with a Swanton Bomb, putting Moose through a table. Jeff had the match won but Alisha Edwards cracked him with the kendo stick. Jeff took her out with the Twist of Fate but Moose capitalized and speared him through a table. Moose retrieved the title to remain X-Division Champion.

Winner: Moose via Pinfall to retain the TNA X-Division Championship.

10-Man Tag Team Steel Cage Match
The System (JDC, Eddie Edwards, & Brian Myers) & The Colons (Eddie & Orlando Colon) vs. Joe Hendry, Matt Hardy, Elijah, Leon Slater, & Nic Nemeth

The first cage match in TNA since 2019 main evented Sacrifice as two star-studded teams went to war. Eddie Edwards earned the advantage for his team this week on iMPACT. He began the match against Elijah, who rode into the iMPACT! Zone on a horse. Brian Myers entered the match, giving The System their first advantage of the match. Nic Nemeth made his return from suspension to even the odds. It wouldn’t last long however after Orlando Colón entered the fray. Leon Slater was out next, followed by Eddie Colón, TNA World Tag Team Champion Matt Hardy, and JDC. The final entrant was TNA World Champion Joe Hendry, but Myers prevented him from entering the cage. Hendry fought his way into the cage and the Cage match was officially underway. Hendry connected with a top rope Fallaway Slam on Eddie before being caught with a low blow from Myers. Ryan Nemeth made his way to ringside. Slater soared off the top of the cage with a Swanton 450, taking out his opponents. Everyone took turns dishing out punishment on JDC, which culminated with a steel chair Twist of Fate from Matt to score the victory.

Winner: Joe Hendry, Matt Hardy, Elijah, Leon Slater, & Nic Nemeth via Pinfall.

After the match, disaster struck when Nic Nemeth attacked Matt Hardy out of nowhere. Ryan Nemeth locked the cage door as he and his brother delivered a 2-on-1 assault to Matt.
