Anthony Henry to Undergo Second Surgery for Torn Biceps Injury
As noted before, Anthony Henry has been out of action for AEW and Ring of Honor since this past October due to a torn biceps injury and surgery.
Henry provided an update on Monday on Twitter stating that he will need to undergo a second surgery due to him being unable to rotate his arm since his first surgery and new “boney pieces” grew in the area blocking the joint from moving normally.
Henry also stated that his second surgery is currently scheduled to take place on March 13th but the recovery time for this new surgery is shorter than his first surgery.
I, unfortunately, have to undergo a 2nd surgery. I haven't been able to supinate (rotate) my arm since the surgery. New boney pieces grew in the area and is blocking the joint from moving normally. Surgery is 3/13. Recovery is short, so I'll still see you all sooner than later. pic.twitter.com/Lg1boodYfg
