“Hollywood Ending” Falls Count Anywhere Rules Stip Added to AEW Women’s Title Match at Revolution 2025

Saturday’s AEW Collision show at the Oakland Arena in Oakland, California featured a new stipulation announced for the Women’s World Championship match at AEW Revolution 2025, which takes place on March 9th at the Cyrpto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.

This new stip is a “Hollywood Ending” Falls Count Anywhere match.

This new stipulation was setup following a video promo segment featuring “Timeless” Toni Storm lying in bed and wearing a neck brace. Storm talked about Mariah May’s recent attack on her and questioning what May wants from her if it was just her title, her soul, or the spotlight. Storm then talked about their upcoming match at Revolution and stated that this will be no DQ, no rope breaks, and falls count anywhere.

The Outrunners vs. Hurt Syndicate for AEW Tag Titles Announced for AEW Revolution 2025

Saturday’s AEW Collision show also featured the first of two new matches announced for the card of AEW Revolution 2025.

This new match announced was an AEW World Tag Team Championship match of The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd) vs. The Hurt Syndicate (Shelton Benjamin & Bobby Lashley) (c).

This match was initially setup following The Outrunners defeating the Murder Machines in a tag team match where if The Outrunners won, then the Hurt Syndicate would give Murder Machines tag titles shot offer to them instead.

During Saturday’s show, a video aired featuring The Hurt Syndicate and The Outrunners and MVP officially holding up his end of the deal and announcing that the Outrunners would get their title shot at Revolution. This match was later made official for the show.

Big Boom AJ, Orange Cassidy, & Mark Briscoe vs. Johnny TV & MxM Collection Trios Match Announced for AEW Revolution 2025 Zero Hour

Saturday’s AEW Collision show also featured the second of two new matches announced for the card of AEW Revolution 2025.

This new match announced was a Trios match of Big Boom AJ, Orange Cassidy, & Mark Briscoe vs. Johnny TV & MxM Collection (Mason Madden & Mansoor). It was also announced that this match will be taking place on Revolution’s Zero Hour pre-show.

This match was setup following Johnny TV interrupting Big Boom AJ and Big Justice’s backstage interview with Alicia Atout and challenged AJ to a Trios match at Revolution’s Zero Hour pre-show. Johnny TV stated that it will be him and MxM Collection against AJ and two partners of his choosing but Big Justice doesn’t count as one.

In a follow-up segment, Big Boom AJ gave a promo backstage responding to Johnny TV’s challenge. This led to Big Justice showing up and telling AJ that he found a partner for them, which was revealed to be Cassidy. Justice then tried to join AJ’s team only to be told he’s not ready yet to be a wrestler. This led to Briscoe showing up and accepting being their final partner. It was later announced that this match was made official for the show.
