Chad Gable “Dark Arts of Lucha Libre” Learning Storyline Departure Update
Chad Gable has been away from WWE since the February 3rd WWE RAW show in Cleveland, Ohio due to storyline reasons over him departing to “learn the dark arts of Lucha Libre.“
Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources stated that WWE officials’ original plans were to use someone from a Mexican promotion and believed to be Lucha Libre AAA to be Gable’s mentor for his storyline quest.
WWE officials reportedly decided against the idea at the last minute and instead are going in a different direction for Gable’s Lucha Libre learning storyline.
