WWE Files New “Kalyx” Trademark & Current Plans for It

WWE files a new trademark for “Kalyx” on February 21st for wrestling and entertainment-related purposes to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Fightful Select reported that their sources denied recent rumors of this new trademark being for NXT talent Sol Ruca for a possible new ring name change. The origin of this rumor revolved around Ruca’s real first name is Calyx.

Those spoken to reportedly stated that this new trademark is actually intended to be for WWE referee Jessika Carr. Those spoken to reportedly also stated that Carr had competed under a mask at WWE’s last set of WWE EVOLVE television tapings meant for its fourth episode.

Prior to joining WWE as a referee, Carr had wrestled in the indies under several ring names including her real name of Jessika Heiser and as Kennadi Brink in Ring of Honor.


Angel Garza Announces Birth of His Second Child for His Family

Angel Garza announced on Twitter that his wife Zaide gave birth to a second child for their family on Saturday.

Garza announced that this new child was a daughter and is named Alia Atenea.


Drew McIntyre Dealing with Knee Injury Issue

Drew McIntyre recently announced on Instagram that he has been working through a knee-related injury issue and had his knee drained of fluid prior to his match against Jimmy Uso at this past Friday’s WWE SmackDown show in New Orleans, Louisiana.
