Miro’s First Post-AEW Appearance Announced for Qatar Pro Wrestling Event This Month

As noted before, Miro was released from AEW last week and is currently believed to be returning to WWE.

Qatar Pro Wrestling announced that Miro will be making his official debut appearance for the company at their SuperSlam III event on February 21-22 in Doha, Qatar.

This upcoming event is currently Miro’s first scheduled wrestling appearance since his release from AEW.


Joey Janela Ruptured Biceps Injury Update – Janela Dealing with Nerve Damage & Underwent Surgery

As noted before, former AEW and current Game Changer Wrestling and indies talent Joey Janela is currently dealing with a ruptured biceps injury but is planning to work through the injury for WrestleMania 41 week.

Janela provided an update on Sunday on Twitter stating that his injury situation has gotten worse and he is currently dealing with nerve damage and loss of feeling in two of his fingers. Janela also stated that he will be undergoing major surgery to repair his injury.

In a follow-up tweet, Janela revealed on Monday that he had underwent successful surgery.


More Talents Announced for Chris Bey Benefit Event

Indie promotion Future Stars of Wrestling recently announced that John Morrison (also known as Johnny TV), Rich Swann, Danny Limelight, Sam Adonis, Brittnie Brooks, and Brooke Havok will be making an appearance for the company at their Mecca X: Chris Bey Beynefit event on March 23rd in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This upcoming event will be helping raise funds to help financially assist Chris Bey’s medical costs from his neck injury and surgery.
