MJF vs. Hangman Adam Page Announced for AEW Revolution 2025

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show at the Arizona Financial Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona featured the first of two new matches announced for the card of Revolution 2025.

This new match announced was a singles match of MJF vs. Hangman Adam Page.

This new match was setup over recent weeks shows over MJF and Page’s bad blood issues with each other that spilled over during their heated face-to-face promo segment on tonight’s show that almost turned physical.


Gabe Kidd Appearance Announced for This Saturday AEW Collision Show

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show also featured AEW airing a vignette hyping up current NJPW Strong Openweight Champion Gabe Kidd’s upcoming appearance for this Saturday’s AEW Collision show.


Momo Watanabe vs. Mercedes Mone for TBS Title Announced for AEW Revolution 2025

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show also featured the second of two new matches announced for the card of Revolution 2025, which takes place on March 9th at the Cyrpto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.

This new match announced was a TBS Championship match of Momo Watanabe vs. Mercedes Mone (c).

This match was initially setup over Watanabe winning the International Women’s Cup at this past January’s NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty event to receive a shot at any Women’s tile of her choosing and her altercation with Mone at this past Saturday’s Grand Slam Australia event.

During tonight’s show, Renee Paquette interviewed Mone backstage who talked about her victory over Harley Cameron at Grand Slam Australia to retain her TBS title. This led to Paquette informing Mone that Watanabe had some recent words for her. This led to a video airing featuring Watanabe saying that she wants Mone’s TBS title for her choice of a title match and for it to happen at AEW’s Revolution 2025 event.

Orange Cassidy Advances in Revolution International Title Series

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show also featured Orange Cassidy defeating Roderick Strong in an AEW Revolution International Championship Series match to advance to the next round.

As a result of his victory, Cassidy will be facing off against Konosuke Takeshita for the AEW International Championship at next week’s show on February 26th in San Diego, California. The winner of next week’s match will defend their AEW International title against Kenny Omega at Revolution 2025.

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show also featured four new matches announced for the card of this week’s AEW Collision show on February 22nd.

This upcoming show will be taped on Wednesday, February 19th in Phoenix, Arizona following AEW’s Dynamite show.

These matches were setup following promos, storyline angles, and match card graphics throughout the show.
