WWE Releases Retro Attitude Era RAW Intro with Current Superstars

WWE released a new video featuring the classic Attitude Era “Thorn In Your Eye” intro video for WWF RAW Is War featuring current day WWE Superstars.

Natalya Celebrates 18th Anniversary of Her WWE Career

Natalya reflected on Twitter about today being the 18th anniversary of her official signing with WWE.

“Today marks 18 years since I signed my first @wwe contract. 18 uninterrupted years of wrestling full time for @wwe. Being able to compete in the ring with over 65 different women, who have each made me a better wrestler in their own unique way. Every match and moment has been a chance to learn, grow and to connect with all of you. I couldn’t have asked for a better story.”

JBL Comments on Why Vince McMahon Used ‘Local Medical Facility’ Over ‘Hospital’

A recent episode of the Something To Wrestle with Bruce Prichard podcast featured WWE Hall of Famer John Bradshaw Layfield as the guest. One of the topics discussed included JBL’s thoughts about former WWE Executive Chairman Vince McMahon’s obsession with WWE commentators using the term “local medical facility” instead of “hospital” for injury angles.

“I never understood that. Vince wanted to keep things on a more cerebral level. I think that was the reason for the medical center. Plus, he didn’t want people to call the hospital. He didn’t want people to say ‘He’s at the Baltimore Hospital,’ because ]they] would call the hospital. If you say, ‘He’s at a local medical center,’ you have no idea where he went. You have the plausible deniability.”
