Kairi Sane Injury Status Update – Sane Confirms Arm Injury
Kairi Sane has been out of action for WWE since the December 16th WWE RAW show due to her suffering an “injury” at the hands of Pure Fusion Collective following their backstage attack on her.
Sane provided an update on Friday on Instagram revealing that she had recently suffered a legit arm injury. Sane posted a photo of her in a hospital room and wearing a sling on her arm.
Tiffany Stratton Comments on Winning WWE Women’s Title on Friday’s WWE SmackDown Show
Friday’s WWE SmackDown show in Phoenix, Arizona was notable for Tiffany Stratton officially cashing in her Women’s Money in the Bank briefcase and defeating Nia Jax to become the new WWE Women’s Champion.
Following the show, Stratton reflected on Twitter about her WWE Women’s title victory.

More on WWE’s Plans for Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena Match at WrestleMania 41
As noted before, WWE currently is planning for a match between Cody Rhodes and John Cena to take place at this April’s WrestleMania 41 event. This match is currently planned to be for the Undisputed WWE Championship and would be Cena’s final WrestleMania match of his wrestling career.
Fightful Select reported that their sources confirmed that this is WWE officials current plans for Cena at WrestleMania 41 and these plans have been in place for the past several weeks.
It was reported that they first found out about these plans from their sources as far back as mid-November after Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s availability for WrestleMania 41 was uncertain.
It was also reported that WWE officials currently do not have The Rock included in their plans for WrestleMania 41 but those spoken to stated that WWE creative is “at the mercy of his schedule” and things could change. WWE officials reportedly also currently have WrestleMania plans set up for several people on the roster already, including alternate options.
