Gail Kim Comments on Potential In-Ring Return in Future
A Wrestling Gal held a recent interview with TNA Hall of Famer Gail Kim. One of the topics discussed included Kim’s thoughts about nixed plans TNA had for her and Mickie James to team up together for their Knockouts Tag Team division in 2024.
“It was a potential plan that did fall through. Of course, it would have been so exciting. I got super excited at the idea, but I do believe that everything happens for a reason. Mickie’s road went another way, and so it just wasn’t meant to be for that moment. That’s all.”
Kim also gave her thoughts about her interest in making a potential in-ring return in the future if the possibility of teaming up with James came up again.
“With that kind of situation, you say never say never. But I feel like I have so much to give behind the scenes, it’s very difficult…listen, if I’m ever gonna get back in the ring, I have to give a hundred million percent because I care that much about what the fans see, my legacy, all that. So it would be a hard decision, for sure. I’m not getting any younger.”
