La Faccion Ingobernable’s RUSH and Draltsico have been noticeable absent from AEW since the November 16, 2024 episode of AEW Collision.
Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reported in a recent Q&A article that his sources stated that the reason for RUSH and Dralistico’s recent absence is due to them currently dealing with backstage heat in AEW.
Sapp reported that AEW officials had originally planned for LFI to win their Contender Series match against The Acclaimed on the November 16, 2024 episode of AEW Collision and advance to the Four-way match for the AEW Tag titles at Full Gear 2024.
Those plans reportedly were changed following an incident involving RUSH & Draltsico during LFI’s tag team match against Alec Price & Richard Holliday on the November 15th episode of AEW Rampage. This incident reportedly involved both RUSH and Dralistico rubbing a lot of people backstage the wrong way by going the extra mile to get some heel heat on Price and Holliday. Those backstage were specifically upset over RUSH and Dralistico getting physical with Holliday while he was being checked on by a medic. This was something that was not planned for the match and led to backstage heat afterwards on the duo.
