Josh Alexander to Miss His Final Scheduled Indie Booking

As noted before, TNA Wrestling talent Josh Alexander announced this past November that he would be retiring from his indie wrestling career after 2024 and would not be accepting any new bookings.

Alexander announced on Twitter that due to international travel-related issues, he will not be able to make his final scheduled indie booking for Prestige Wrestling’s Roseland X event tonight in Portland, Oregon.

“Sadly, I cannot make it to @WrestlePrestige tonight for what would have been my last indie match for the foreseeable future.

This one’s completely out of my hands. Due to international travel issues, I cannot appear tonight. I’m as disappointed as everyone else.

That being said @WrestlePrestige has a wild card planned & is consistently one of the best promotions in the world.”

Prestige Wrestling confirmed on Twitter that Alexander would not be able to attend their show tonight and stated that they and Alexander had done all that they could do to try to pull this off but they ultimately had to “throw the towel in.”

Alexander had been scheduled to face off against Kevin Blackwood in a singles match at the event.
