Hangman Adam Page vs. Christopher Daniels in Texas Death Match Announced for Next Week’s Collision Maximum Carnage Show

Saturday’s AEW Collision show at the Akins Ford Center in Atlanta, Georgia featured one new match announced for the card of next week’s Collision Maximum Carnage show on January 18th.

This new match announced was a Texas Death Match of Hangman Adam Page vs. Christopher Daniels.

This match was initially setup over recent weeks show over Page and Daniels’ heated issues with each other. During tonight’s show, Page was seen backstage and talked about how he tried to protect his family from what pro wrestling can bring and how that was undone in just one night. Page stated that he was ashamed at what he allowed to happen to them and he had to make a decision. Page then talked about how he found Swerve Strickland and made sure he didn’t hold the AEW World Championship and split his brains in front of the world. Page then turned his attention towards Daniels and after some words, Page stated that Daniels will pay the price next Saturday at Collision Maximum Carnage in a Texas Death Match. Page then stated that he will decide who he will be and he would rather tear every life apart than become the man he was a year ago again.

During tonight’s show, House of Black’s Brody King came out with Julia Hart for an unannounced match, which was quickly won by King.
