Damien Priest vs. Finn Balor vs. Gunther for WWE World Title Announced for Dec. 14 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Show
Monday’s WWE RAW show in Wichita, Kansas featured one newly updated match for the card of WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event show.
This newly updated match announced was a WWE World Heavyweight Championship Triple Threat match of Damian Priest vs. Finn Balor vs. Gunther (c).
This updated match was setup following Balor and Gunther’s promo segment about their upcoming title match that turned into a big brawl involving Judgement Day and Priest.

In a follow-up segment, RAW GM Adam Pearce confronted Judgement Day backstage and stated that due to Balor and Judgement Day’s actions, Balor’s match with Gunther will now be a Triple Threat match for Gunther’s title.

Drew McIntyre Reveals He was Jey Uso’s Mystery Attacker
Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Drew McIntyre revealing he was the mystery person who had attacked Jey Uso on last week’s show.
During the show, a video aired featuring McIntyre being seen backstage and gave a promo talking about his recent absence due to Hell in the Cell being the most dangerous match in his career and going back to Scotland because his family needed him. After some more words, McIntyre talked about how he watched Survivor Series and saw Roman Reigns standing side by side with CM Punk, Jimmy, Jey, and Sami with their “stupid fingers in the air.” McIntyre stated that they all turned their tails to join Roman and sold out for nothing. McIntyre stated that at least Punk got bribed to help out Reigns. McIntyre then stated that is when he knew he had to come back and take out Sami and Jey. McIntyre stated that he can not change the past but he can change the present and he will change the future.

Cody Rhodes Make Surprise Appearance on Monday’s WWE RAW Show
Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes making a surprise appearance.
During the show, Rhodes was seen coming out of RAW GM Adam Pearce’s office and the two shook hands. Rhodes then noticed New Day walking nearby and told them that they should be ashamed of themselves after what they did to Big E last week. New Day walked away as Xavier Woods mocked Rhodes over his comments.

Rhodes appearance was part of WWE’s current transfer window period for their RAW, SmackDown, and NXT brands.
Sami Zayn vs. Drew McIntyre Set for Dec. 14th WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event
Monday’s WWE RAW show in Wichita, Kansas featured one new match for the card of WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event show, which takes place on December 14th at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York.
This new match announced was a singles match of Sami Zayn vs. Drew McIntyre.
This match was initially setup during last week’s show following McIntyre’s surprise return and attack on Zayn. During tonight’s show, McIntyre was seen backstage and gave his reasons why he came back and why he attacked Zayn. McIntyre also revealed that he was the person who had attacked Jey Uso last week. In a follow-up segment, Zayn interrupted Seth Rollins during Rollins promo calling out CM Punk and after settling things between the two, Zayn called out McIntyre and stated that he got a match made official between him and McIntyre for Saturday Night’s Main Event show. As Zayn was walking to the back, McIntyre ambushed him and quickly laid out Zayn on the stage area.

This match was a Triple Threat match of Lyra Valkyria defeating Ivy Nile and Zelina Vega.
