Kevin Knight contract with New Japan Pro Wrestling reportedly are currently set to expire soon, according to Fightful Select.
It was reported that their sources stated that Knight’s contract with NJPW is currently set to expire in the next few days despite him currently being scheduled to compete at the upcoming Wrestle Kingdom 19 event in January 4, 2025.
Those within NJPW reportedly stated that the company is interesting to keeping Knight and talks between the two sides for a potential new deal will begin soon.
Knight’s name reportedly has been brought up within major American wrestling companies in recent months.
In a follow-up report, it was reported that TJP’s contract with NJPW is also currently set to expire soon as well.
It was reported that it is currently not known when TJP’s contract exactly expires but NJPW officials are also interested in keeping him in the company as well. It was also reported that talks between the two sides for a potential new deal is also expected to begin soon.
