Bryan Danielson Announces He Will Be At AEW All In: Texas Event & Provides Update on In-Ring Career Future

AEW held an All In: Texas Countdown Sale event earlier today in Arlington, Texas to promote their upcoming All In: Texas event. One of the guests included Bryan Danielson making a a surprise appearance.

During his portion of the media scrum, Danielson announced that he will be making an appearance at AEW’s All In: Texas event. Danielson also stated that he currently does not know what his participation for the event will be in regards to if he will be able to wrestle or not.

In an interview with Instinct Culture’s Denise Salcedo, Danielson provided an update on his neck’s health situation.

“My neck is not great. It’s causing me to not sleep good and some other things. At the end of the day, I’m happy. At first, it was a little tough. For parents out there, the first three weeks of having a child where you’re not sleeping at all, but then you get used to not sleeping very well. I’ve just become used to not sleeping. I’m happy and I’ve had an incredible time being with my family and kids.”

Danielson also provided an update on him potentially undergoing surgery for his neck issues.

“I’m trying to avoid it.”

Danielson also gave his thoughts if surgery was something that he could avoid for his neck.

“Maybe? I’d like to avoid it as much as possible. The idea to me is that surgery is a last resort, not a first resort. I’m trying some other things. I’m a little goofy. I’m going to try some other things first before undergoing the knife. That’s my plan now.”

Danielson also gave his thoughts about him making a potential in-ring return in the future.

“If I had to guess right now, I’d say it’s 50/50 if I’ll ever (wrestle again). I’m okay with that. I loved the time I got to spend doing this, but I also love what I’m doing now.”
