AEW World Title Fatal Four-way Match Announced for Worlds End 2024
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Winter Is Coming 2024 show also featured one new match announced for the card of AEW Worlds End.
This new match was an AEW World Championship Four-way match of Hangman Adam Page vs. Orange Cassidy vs. Jay White vs. Jon Moxley (c).
This new match was setup in recent weeks shows over the bad blood issues between Moxley and his Death Riders group and Cassidy, White, and Page. During tonight’s show, Page came out and attacked Moxley during his tag team match with PAC against White & Cassidy resulting in the referee calling for the bell. Following the match, a big brawl broke out involving the Death Riders that resulted in Cassidy, Page, and White managing to clear the ring of the Death Riders only to then start brawling amongst themselves. This led to the Death Riders regrouping and got back into the ring and laid out all three men before leaving.
In a follow-up segment, the Death Riders were seen backstage. Moxley gave a promo talking about him being a marked man and he would not have it any other way. After some more angry words directed at the AEW locker room, Moxley issued a challenge to Cassidy, White, and Page for a Fatal Four-way match for his AEW World Championship at Worlds End 2024.
