Chris Jericho Comments on His Remaining Goals for His Wrestling Career
TMZ Sports held a recent interview with current ROH World Champion Chris Jericho. One of the topics discussed included Jericho’s thoughts about the remaining goals he has left to accomplish for his wrestling career.
“I mean, it’s just to continue to do memorable things and to create new memories for people and continue to evolve in this business that I’ve been in love with since I was a teenager. So if you’re looking at facts and figures, there’s really nothing left to accomplish for me. If you’re looking for just continuing to enjoy what I’m doing and create, like I said, cool moments for people to remember and cheer for or boofor, whatever it may be. Um, that’s basically what I have left to accomplish. That’s on a nightly basis. Cause I don’t take anything lightly and I don’t phone anything in or half ass anything. So anytime I accept, like I said earlier, if this is your mission, if you choose to accept it, well, you better give a thousand percent. Cause that’s what people are paying their hard earned money for, especially before Christmas. I want to give them, you know, an early Christmas present and a show that they can remember knowing that just in a couple of days, they’re going to have to spend more money for other gigs. or whatever it may be. So there’s so much to do in this day and age, and there’s so many ways for people to get entertainment that when they choose us, we want to make sure that they leave very, very happy, and that’s always been my goal.”

Mariah May Comments on Her Recent Feud with “Timeless” Toni Storm in AEW
A recent episode of the Zaslow Show podcast featured “The Glamour” Mariah May as the guest. One of the topics discussed included May’s thoughts about her recent storyline feud with Toni Storm in AEW and if she knew it would blow up in popularity the way it did.
“No, I didn’t. I think there’s a bit of a misunderstanding and a bit of a misconception that I was told that this would all happen. I had no idea where the story would go, I had no idea about Wembley, the Owen, or any of that. But for me, it was very exciting. I’m big on stories. I was in Japan because I wanted to improve my in-ring, so I was literally living in Japan, fully engrossed in STARDOM, and Tony Khan got in touch and said AEW were interested. He pitched…he said I have a really exciting story, and we talked about it and kind of following Toni’s footsteps. I thought [that] was pretty symbolic because I think my career has kind of mirrored hers, in a way. We’re both from the UK, she went to STARDOM, I went to STARDOM, then coming to AEW. So for that opportunity to be laid out like that, it kind of mirrored real life. It kind of just felt perfect. To me, the most attractive part was that AEW saw me and they saw something in me and they had a plan for me, and I knew, if I’m given the chance, I will capitalize, and I think that’s exactly what I did, and it meant that we went all the way to Wembley Stadium, and I became the world champion.”
